ERRAND OF MERCY

How the Church of Scientology abandons in the hour of need, to die alone and penniless, those who are the most vulnerable and desperate.

Call it for what it is: Complete callousness toward the dying and depraved Indifference toward those who have “outlived their usefulness”.

Sometimes around the advent of its “Golden Age”, the Church of Scientology has implemented a policy of Denying Help and/or assistance to the dying.

In the 1980s terminally ill parishioners who had paid vast fortunes into the Church Coffers were still being given counseling (auditing), though they were made to sign waivers and releases. This is how I came to audit the late Betty Filisky (Solo NOTs Completion #1) in 1987. At age 57, she was dying of Cancer. I am authorized to state at this point that she was entirely disaffected with the Senior Management of the Church after she had seen how they had behaved like bullies and thugs toward many good meaning people, including many personal friends of L. Ron Hubbard.

The Snr C/S FSO, the late Richard Reiss, blamed her illness on her disaffection, though there are no LRH references explaining how disaffection can makes someone deadly ill. But that was the politically acceptable comment to make.

The truth is that Oppression (Suppression toward people who are denied the right to defend themselves or speak out against abuses) is one of the key things that makes people ill. There are dozens of LRH references pointing to that fact. Even common sense, when one describes the Oppression by its key attribute: Stress, agrees with this as well.

Last year three times, I was asked to come to the bed of a dying person that I had last audited between 20 and 30 years earlier, because the Church they still officially belonged to (The Church of Scientology) had callously denied them the right to receive their last rites for no better reason that they now viewed them as a potential liability and a burden. Simply stated, the Church of Scientology has the peculiar view, unique among any religious organization, I have ever heard of, that it primarily exists for its own benefit and to satisfy its private interests (and those of its leaders) well ahead of those of any of its faithfuls. In that respect, the Church of Scientology acts entirely and solely like a FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION while using loopholes within the law to parade as a Church. The reasons for Scientology being a Church have nothing to do with its daily actions and entirely with financial and monetary gain.

Listening to nothing but my Heart, I made arrangements to fly to Europe at my own expense, as all three of the dying resided there and were broke. At least, my actions allowed three good people to die with dignity and I was able to provide some comfort for their family and survivors.

I had audited the first one of them for the last time 25 years earlier and because I had left the Church shortly after, we had never spoken since. That person had remained entirely faithful to the Church until the moment she had been ditched by the Church as a potential liability for having an inoperable tumor and “having outlived her usefulness”.

Now on her death bed and unwilling to be abandoned to her fate by the Church of Scientology who viewed her as nothing more than a useless rotting piece of meat: a carcass to be, she asked for her relatives to find the person who had always been there for her when we both were at Flag and been vastly more successful than anyone else in helping her through auditing. That person was me.

She was extremely glad to see me. Her first words were:”Pierre! you came! I am so glad! You have helped me so much…” I provided her with the help that she needed and her well deserved last rites. Within 48 hours she departed peacefully from her body after an agony that had lasted too long already.

In another country I met an elderly individual who had once been a truly brilliant executive and many decades ago a close confidante of L. Ron Hubbard, someone whose name can be heard on many LRH conferences from the 1950s. Sadly a degenerative disease had ravaged their life and body. I was able to provide effective counselling and assistance to that individual to the point that the care providers told me I had made a difference for the better.

The third one lived in a country where Scientology is unknown.

That person was now deadly ill and no cure could be found. Years earlier, under David Miscavige guidance, teenage CMO Messengers had treated that person with wanton disrespect for his dignity as a Human being. That prompted the individual to leave.

The Church of Scientology viewed that extremely able and ethical individual as “useless” and an ENEMY, merely for the fact that he had departed the Sea Org while still following all of their rules on leaving. I was invited to deliver an Assist as the family knew I did not apply KSW (Keep Scientology Working Policies) destructively like the Church of Scientology now specializes itself in. His influential family and the Head of State of that country both arranged for the most competent doctor they could find to help that “Enemy of the Church”. It is little wonder after the leaders of that country had been appraised of the Violation of Human rights on their own citizens by the Church of Scientology, that all Scientology books have now been officially banned from both bookstores and Libraries in that country, because they are viewed as the product of “an Extremist Organization”. I was successful in helping that individual as well.

I had very little sympathy when someone called me direct from the latest Freezone convention and boasted about awards and trophies they had just handed out to people who are top PR artists but horrible auditors when one is actually allowed to examine their session reports. Coincidentally one of the awards recipients had just abandoned a suicidal pc behind and left another go to a psychiatrist mid-intensive and put on anti-psychotics. Neither that auditor nor the Freezone Convention organizers felt the slightest guilt feeling.

I told them that I was on an errand of Mercy at my own expense because it was the right to do: to help those who gave several decades of their lives to help others and LRH develop the technology so that we can all use it, nor merely financially benefit from it, as too many people both in the Church and the Independent field seem to do. The reason I went to help those people was largely because they were too broke to pay my expenses because nobody else in the Church or the Freezone/Independent Field was willing to do it. I had spent many hours cramped in Economy Airplane seats, slept on uncomfortable couches, ate processed food because it was the only thing available, while some of those “award winners” basked in luxurious accommodations and quietly swept their overt products under the carpet.

That person I told this to, went on repeating what I had just said. I was assigned subsequently lower conditions and told I was a “LIABILITY TO THE FREEZONE” by the self-appointed FREEZONE PR, when I declined to cover up for the auditor whose pcs became suicidal or defected to psychiatry mid intensive and for refusing to stay silent about another one who keeps being invited as guest of honor to events, but is documented to be a child molester. The self-appointed Freezone PR has declared me FAIR GAME since and encouraged both his auditor and those who finance him and pay for his own auditing to do the same.

Judging on the resulting natter, it seems that I missed a lot of withholds that day.

This is why no matter how much natter, lies, rumors and sordid tales the tormented souls whose withholds were missed that night, or other nights, I stand tall whenever I look at my actual actions and motives.

Why interships are so vital for the auditor delivering the L

Pierre Ethier has NOT trained Trey Lotz and has NOT provided Ls materials to Trey Lotz! Pierre has NO connection with Trey!

Below is a summary of concerns raised by Karen De La Carriere in regard to the lack of proper auditor training for delivery of the Ls in the independent field. IFA / APIS did not provide me with a response and did not address their certification scheme shortcomings in the light of the issues raised below. I want to thank Karen for raising the concerns below and to thank her for taking the safety of the PCs at heart. It requires an impressive amount of dedication in studies and perfection of your own techniques to master the proper delivery of the Ls. It is even more impressive the amount of care about the well being of the PC that motivated auditors like Karen to master their tech.

The current situation is that untrained auditors deliver while PR-ing their business practice with “success stories” and no case gain. On the background are their failed cases spiritually broken, hopeless and desperate. There were instances of corrupt practices sabotaging the PC ‘s spiritual case. Those practices led to botched Ls and/or extended the delivery time cycle for practitioner’s financial profit to four or even ten times beyond the normal Ls delivery cycle. It is unethical for a trainee to use the PC as a “cash cow” while charging excessive hourly rates. For example the average standardly delivered L12 should take not more than 25 hours delivered in a week. L11 should be delivered in a week and L10 takes 2-3 weeks. This is based on case average statistics of over 5000 cases. A warning sign of improper processing of L12 would be if you have received it in over 4 months period in 130 hours. The Ls are very powerful processing and are designed by LRH to be delivered on an intensive daily schedule in order to produce a successful case gain. The pricing for the Ls is recommended to be based on a flat fee for the whole completed cycle. It is definitely NOT recommended to get one session a week and if your auditor can not accommodate you in his schedule or shortchange you with advice that is against your best interest, this should be a warning sign. One session a week or less on the Ls is a violation of C/S Series #1. How trustworthy is a testimonial from an individual who is trying to promote their own business with violations of the basic auditing rules that LRH established himself. LRH has designed L11 and L12 to be delivered in about a week and L10 to be delivered in about 3 weeks.

An example of abuse comes to my mind , when a PC was forced to bare the cost of living out of town for 4 months and “completed” L12 in 130 hours paying to a junior class auditor more than what he would of paid in the Church of Scientology for a Class XII auditing. Normally this cycle should of taken less than a week and in 95% of the cases takes less than 2 intensives.

I strongly believe that auditors who really care about their PCs will undergo the proper training, including internships, studies and drills as described by Karen. The independent field needs to adhere to higher standards to KSW.

Lisa Mcpherson, 3 weeks after L-11 (see the image on the web of her proudly displaying her L-11 Cert and smiling) went Type III, taking off her clothes and walking naked on Fort harrison Avenue. This is an example of how badly it can backfire.”

Karen De La Carriere : “What we are discussing is an expanded range, that which can boost you so high spiritually and take you into the lofty heights of heaven can also backfire in the other direction and send you into hell.”

Karen De La Carriere: “ I will never participate in any action that does not guarantee the safety and well being of pcs. Only knowing, training and understanding the length an breadth of the procedures and their remedies can give the results LRH intended for these rundowns.”

Karen De La Carriere : “One example of how Interneships are so vital is that the AUDITING STYLE of Ls auditing is different. You have to un-do all the TRs 1-4 you have ever learned all your life and learn “TR L10 style” It is designed to impact the case differe…ntly. This needs to be drilled and drilled and drilled on video and one has to watch one’ own videos day after day, month after month til one has perfected one’s performance and til it is second nature. There is nothing in the field in current set ups that can even come near approximating Ls training. Each interneship takes MONTHS of 40 hour to 60 hours in the chair of flawless VWD sessions for graduation to be approved. But the pc is the beneficiary and is now in safe hands. The safety and guaranteed stability of the pc is the primary importance here. To hell with any other consideration than the PC and the PC’s benefit.”

EVIL AND GREED are the motivations for public attacks on Pierre

Below I have included fresh harassment posts forwarding the CoS enemy lines based on exchanges by Aida Thomas and Trey Lotz, Both targeted to instigate attacks on Pierre by omissions. I wish them both well! I also wish that both Aida and Trey move on with their life. They both admit in public to have been keeping track on what Pierre is doing while telling fabrications and claiming the opposite in front of weak minded people they both manipulate to do their dirty work and bidding of viscous attacks. One example about targeted harassment is that right after publishing this note Pierre received threats by email.

Another example is that Trey Lotz below posted comments that clearly indicate that Trey keeps track on Pierre and who Pierre has trained on the Ls as well as on Pierre’s personal activities. How is this any of Trey’s business and why Trey keeps spreading rumors about Pierre ? Simple answer is that this is Trey’s covert way to instigate attacks on Pierre and fraudulently to portray himself as the “good guy”. This is Scientology fairgame 101. Do not be mistaken about the real intentions as to why those rumors are put on public lines in places where Pierre can not respond! People need to see through it!

I have always hoped that both ( Trey and Aida) can do much better than purposefully forward the church enemy lines. I am also hoping they both move onto greener pastures! Aida Thomas somehow feels entitled to receive a copy of Pierre’s personal notes about the Ls despite her gross out ethics and consistent attacks spreading fabrications and insults about Pierre, his family and his child. She also sent a foul language KR full of profanities and insults to Pierre wife’s non-Scientology work. Somehow after years of harassing my family, Aida still feels entitled to parasitically use Pierre’s work for her own profit. When confronted about her own out ethics and how creepy this is , Aida keeps using brainwashed “friends” of hers to dead agent the truth. Aida’s consistent attacks on Pierre are excused with her telling that either “this was so long ago” and deceiving people portraying herself as a victim when she in actual fact is the aggressor posting insults on Pierre on ongoing basis in various public forums. One fresh example below from February 20 , 2015. Aida’s modus operandi or or so called operational routine is to use her ” friends” or fraudulent puppet accounts to press buttons and generate hostilities on a targeted individual ( in this case Pierre). If you dare to respond to Aida, she will keep smearing and dragging your name into the mud back channel so you can’t even respond.

Trey Lotz on his site operated by spreading the ” convenient” truths and using his brainwashed PCs to viciously attack a targeted individual. Trey Lotz on his site keeps insisting to have been trained by Pierre omitting the fact that he started training and flunked. If one was a doctor and flunked on his exams , hospitals would not allow him to do surgeries. In the FreeZone however anything goes. This including Treys self promoting himself using Pierre’s name with this type of deception and deliberate omissions. One omission of Trey’s was that he was delivering the Ls without the supervision of a C/S . This is very important as some of the fixes are in the C/S materials. Trey also omits that he started training on L11 which he chronically delivered in duration of 4 months when one week is the standard and besides all technical issues he was charging more than what one would normally pay if the Ls was delivered in the Church. For the unsuspected victims let me tell you some truths: that Trey Lotz’s integrity is rather money and greed motivated as he omits to mention that he also made and agreement with Pierre to charge flat fee for the L which is 1/10 ( one tenth ) of the COS price instead of bleeding the PCs for money during his training. Trey has also taken the liberty to spread suggestive enemy lines on Pierre.

As Trey Lotz says below that Pierre has spend a lot of time compiling the materials on the Ls , then how come Trey Lotz threw under the carpet his integrity and his agreements with Pierre and feels justified to use parasitically Pierre’s personal notes for business purpose and to make profit? I view Trey Lotz as a parasite! The very same way Trey Lotz parasitically was using Pierre for free C/S-ing his numerous session and was parasitically using Pierre’s name to market his business by misleading his PCs that they were C/Sed by Pierre when they were not C/Sed at all after Trey’s refusal to correct his tech . Where was Trey’s integrity to pay a fair exchange for Pierre’s time and expenses instead of taking unfair advantage of Pierre who worked like a slave for 20 years at the Church? Trey’s own words claiming that he has a knowledge as to who is Pierre training on the Ls. This is a very interesting statement! Why would Trey Lotz track who is Pierre training and what is Trey’s obsession with Pierre’s personal affairs?

In order to silence some truths Trey Lotz PCs have viciously attacked and fairgamed Pierre and his family. I am talking this not just spreading mere insults on the internet but legal threats on Pierre and his family, extortion , stalking and criminal harassment in partnership with the CoS ! This is to prove my point about the product of Trey Lotz – his PCs are not spiritually fulfilled stable and serene completing L11 with Trey , but instead plotting to cause evil to family of 3 people with attempting to profit by taking the home of a disabled child and leaving 3 people homeless on the street. This is Trey’s UGLY and EVIL product!

After many years in silence I decided that from now on I will PUBLISH the information about all manipulations , attacks and constant insults!

Absolutely not, despite of rumors and innuendos from Trey Lotz and his associates.

What about delivery of the Ls in the Free Field?

Rumors and innuendos from Trey Lotz, Perry Sheppard and their associates, using Pierre’s name as a reference and fraudulently claiming that Pierre has trained them to deliver the Ls are untrue.

The Ls are designed to be delivered by Flag trained Class XIIs. There is a huge difference between a Flag trained auditor and a field auditor. Below is a Quote by Karen De La Carierre , Class XII C/S:

“I soon discovered that a “Field Class VIII” did not mean a Flag Class VIII. And so I re-did all my internships and then trained up to Class XII…”

Rumors that Pierre has trained Trey Lotz to deliver the Ls are also untrue. Pierre did attempt to train Trey Lotz on L11 , Trey committed gross auditing errors , refused correction and never sent a video for evaluation, yet made many unreasonable demands. Trey Lotz never attested nor completed Ls training with Pierre. Trey Lotz is a field auditor, never worked in an advanced organization and has mostly experience auditing the Lower Bridge . It is a well known fact that as a field auditor Trey was forbidden per Church Policy to audit any Upper Level Rundowns and OT Levels. He lacked the discipline and the training to audit under the supervision of a C/S and lacked experience to address the complexity of the Upper Bridge . There is vital information for the Ls in the C/S materials and for an auditor with no experience in the Upper Bridge to deliver the Ls without a C/S is reckless. In addition many of the references related to the Ls are in the Class X , Class XI and Class XII materials and Trey is only Class VIII. When Trey Lotz promotes 40 000 hours on the chair , this means that his experience is overwhelmingly in the Lower Bridge, which is not as complex as the Upper Bridge. L11 was designed by LRH to be delivered in a week , however Trey Lotz was chronically delivering it on numerous occasions in a duration of 4 months. This information is also broadly documented on the internet in various public releases by Trey’s PCs. Additional out tech was present in Trey’s delivery andPierre wish NO association with Trey Lotz.

A number of Trey Lotz PCs have viciously attacked Pierre and his family on Trey’s behalf , this including attacking Pierre’s child due to his disability or making other vicious and cruel threats. The very same Trey’s PCs also carried out vast smear campaigns about Pierre and claimed to have made fraudulent reports to the Church and various government agencies . A PC of Trey claims to have partnered with the Church in attacking Pierre to uphold Trey’s financial interests , claimed to have paid $30 000 to investigate Pierre in order to ruin his auditing practice and take Pierre’s home with intention of unfairly profiting and putting his disabled child homeless. The very same Trey’s PC published on the internet Pierre’s bank account and other clearly private information like phone numbers. Her invitation to harass Pierre. This was an organized effort of associates of Trey Lotz in a partnership with the Church to silence and dead agent Pierre in order prevent him from spiritual progress. This evil plot eventually fired back on the conspirators. Such a behavior is practically shameless and it is sad to see such EVIL outcome has been produced by a practitioner out ofGREED! EVIL is a poor product! We hope that one day the above people will realize that seeking to destroy people of good will (like Pierre) is NOT the road to spiritual enlightenment. This also applies to their enablers and associates. In all cases these PCs were prized and socially rewarded by Trey Lotz despite of their EVIL behavior seeking to destroy a person of good will. Good people who had voiced private concerns directly to Trey Lotz , had been also threatened and harassed by the very same PCs.

Trey Lotz NEVER made any advanced payments to Pierre to book or schedule his time and to cover Pierre’s time and expenses with a fair exchange . Rumors and innuendos from Trey Lotz and his associates in that regard are also untrue. Pierre who spent 20 years in the Sea Org at almost no pay , had covered out of his own pocket many advanced and initial expenses , as well as ongoing expenses related Trey, who had spent his time as a field auditor at the rate of around $160 000/ year. (based on Trey’s own reports to IRS for tax exemption 2004 ,2009 , other– not paying taxes for paid services is an operation set up to function like the Church- merely mentioning the facts here! Also based on Trey Lotz own boosting to have delivered 4000 hours of Ls auditing which amounts to 2500 hours in the last two years or $250 000 per year just from the Ls where around $100 000/year seem to have been unreported to IRS) In one year period alone Pierre provided to Trey in excess of 300 hours unpaid services. Despite that fact Trey went ahead with to spread rumors about Pierre and had the arrogance to insist that Pierre have to serve his practice as a slave ( at NO PAY!).

Pierre Ethier also had NO knowledge and has NO association with the intimidating “agreement” used by Trey Lotz on his Preclears , where Preclears seem to have been asked to contract themselves out of legal rights. ( Link to the document as published by Trey’s PCs) . Pierre Ethier does NOT approve practices based on intimidation and disprove this supressive document that could potentially prevent a Preclear from spiritual gains. .

Below is a quote by LRH that explains that the Upper Bridge should not be misused. This applies for the Ls , OT Levels , Flag Only Rundowns, NOTs and other Upper Bridge actions.

What about the role of the Case Supervisor ( C/S) in upper level rundowns?

Field auditors affiliated with the Corporate Church of Scientology deliver auditing up to Clear and typically have NO EXPERIENCE in delivering upper levels. Field auditors refer their PC to the Orgs for 15% FSM commission which they receive for services purchased by the PC from the Church. A field auditor usually comes out in the free field with no experience auditing beyond Clear and lacks the discipline to audit under C/S..

Flag only rundowns (which Pierre studied and delivered – e.g. Original Super Power Rundown, Knowledge Rundown , Case Cracker Rundown , New Vitality Rundown , Fixated Person Rundown , Dynamic Sort-out Assessment , NOTs Stability Rundown, Held Down Seven Rundown, Int. by Dynamics Rundown, Havingness Rundown , The Prosperity Rundown, The Money Rundown, Profession Intensive ) address variety of handlings like money and spiritual difficulties, issues, ethics , case situations and other. Do you travel to provide onsite auditing?

Pierre Ethier no longer travels, his time currently is predominantly dedicated to research. His travels are related only to completion of ongoing cycles.

It has proven that in order to recommend an auditor Pierre has to consistently oversee his/hers practice , training and ethical standards. On other hand for every Preclear there are case specific requirements that have to be addressed. Some auditors who are good auditing the lower bridge , might lack training on the upper bridge. For the above reasons any recommendations can be done only after a thorough assessment of the auditor and additional case assessment of the Preclear , along with consistent Case Supervision.

I am in a need of repair due to bad auditing. Any recommendations?

Often this kind of situation is related to some sort of ethics situation. On one hand the poor choice of auditor shows low perceptions. It was your responsibility to choose wisely and verify your auditor’s claims and credentials versus actual objective outcomes of his practice. You will have to deal with your personal ethics in order improve your ability to make wise decisions. On other hand auditors that mislead or defraud about their credentials are out ethics. One example is the delivery of the Ls. Most of the fixes for the Ls are in the C/S materials. This is why the role of the C/S is vital and auditor needs advanced training that has been typically provided at Flag.

I was getting auditing in the Church. I am considering auditing in the Free field. Would I be able to get my folders?

This is a question that you should be directing to the Church.

What about delivery of the Ls in the Free Field?

A number of Trey Lotz PCs have viciously attacked Pierre and his family on Trey’s behalf , this including attacking Pierre’s child due to his disability or making other vicious and cruel threats. The very same Trey’s PCs also carried out vast smear campaigns about Pierre and claimed to have made fraudulent reports to the Church and various government agencies . A PC of Trey claims to have partnered with the Church in attacking Pierre to uphold Trey’s financial interests , claimed to have paid $30 000 to investigate Pierre in order to ruin his auditing practice and take Pierre’s home with intention of unfairly profiting and putting his disabled child homeless, published on the internet Pierre’s bank account and private phone numbers with an invitation to harass Pierre. This was an organized effort of associates of Trey Lotz in a partnership with the Church to silence and dead agent Pierre in order prevent him from auditing. This evil plot eventually fired back on them. Such a behavior is practically shameless and it is sad to see such EVIL outcome has been produced by a practitioner out of GREED. EVIL is a poor product! We hope that one day the above people will realize that seeking to destroy people of good will (like Pierre) is NOT the road to spiritual enlightenment. This also applies to their enablers and associates. In all cases these PCs were prized and socially rewarded by Trey Lotz despite of their EVIL behavior seeking to destroy a person of good will. Good people who had voiced private concerns directly to Trey Lotz , had been also threatened by the very same PCs.

Trey Lotz NEVER made any advanced payments to Pierre to book or schedule his time and to cover Pierre’s time and expenses with a fair exchange . Rumors and innuendos from Trey Lotz and his associates in that regard are also untrue. Pierre who spent 20 years in the Sea Org at almost no pay , had covered out of his own pocket many advanced and initial expenses , as well as ongoing expenses related Trey, who had spent his time as a field auditor at the rate of around $160 000/ year. (based on Trey’s own reports to IRS for tax exemption 2004 ,2001 – this is exactly like the Church- merely mentioning the facts here! Also based on Trey Lotz own boosting to have delivered 4000 hours of Ls auditing which amounts to 2500 hours in the last two years or $250 000 per year just from the Ls where around $100 000/year seem to have been unreported to IRS) In one year period alone Pierre provided to Trey in excess of 300 hours unpaid services.

If the full Lisa McPherson story can teach us something, it is not so much what can happen if someone applies a Technology harmfully, but rather what happens when a group of otherwise well-meaning people becomes the adverse effect of a self-appointed Elite whose goal has solely become to maintain their Power through Terror.

SYNOPSIS

I have limited my study of the McPherson case to first hand reports, namely from Interviews and Hearings conducted by the Florida State Attorneys, subpoenaed records and “daily watch reports” that are publicly available. I have read them in their entirety.

The most crucial piece of evidence (Lisa’s Pc’s folders) is lacking due to having been reportedly “lost”. If Lisa’s folders had indeed been lost in what turns out to be one of the most high profile case in the entire Church History, RTC would have ordered a literal army of Sea Org members and even public to work around the clock for an entire week, if needed. Such a loss would have never been accepted if RTC had been at the unwilling end of it. Therefore the fact that Lisa’s folder loss was anything but deliberate and calculated is by far the most plausible explanation.
While I have not been involved with that case nor possess any first hand knowledge of what took place on her last day, my thorough knowledge of Scientology Technology and Procedures and great familiarity with that type of case condition (which I have been called dozens of times to handle personally as one of the very few experienced Introspection Rundown Specialists on the planet), allows me to make a surprising number of conclusions with the data that is available. Further I know all technical personnel involved very well.

THE “WHO” (according to RTC)

Only a Class XII is fully capable of grasping the irony of Web sites dedicated to Lisa McPherson showing her holding her L-11 Certificate signed by Peter Buttery and by David Gellie.

In Scientologese, the Who is the Individual or individuals found to be responsible for any situation adversely affecting the Church.

The unfortunate individuals found to be the who by RTC were both Class XIIs, who C/Sed and audited Lisa through her “L-11 completion” , a mere 3 weeks before her Psychotic Break, They were promptly ordered “PERMANENTLY OFF Tech Lines” by RTC. They are currently working, the former as a janitor, the later as a Bus Driver and are explicitly forbidden to be transferred out of their menial jobs unless so ordered by RTC. “They may never hold a Technical Post again”

It is said that in a confidential Memo a Senior Management individual stated: “They caused Lisa McPherson to die, so they deserve the same fate as Auditors.” So they are considered “dead” as Auditors and as long as they pledge allegiance to the Mother Church they will be forbidden to ever audit again. Their long tracks of several decades of dedicated service and Technical accomplishments, some of it directly under LRH, was according to RTC, the only thing that prevent their savage expulsion, prosecution or an imaginative way to degrade and humiliate them further THE “HOW”

The irony of Lisa holding her L11 Certificate, all smiling is that L11 was originally designed to resolve and prevent the very condition she soon after fell in, This can only be fully appreciated by someone who has done the Class XI course.

Shortly after completing L11, Lisa was put on a lengthy O/W write up that went on for weeks, and without getting any corrective sessions in spite of her bad indicators increasing.
O/W write-ups are a routinely short term action to be done as part of a condition handling. One spends hours writing O/W Write-ups, not days or weeks.
Making someone spend weeks on it, is merely an invitation for the pc to chew on bank and to Introvert, as the individual is continually made to look inwards at his guilt feelings without any direction or guidance. Severe Introversion and feelings of guilt is very evident in her write up.
It used to be routine to send a person to the examiner after each O/W write-up, to ensure they feel good. This apparently is no longer being done at Flag. Apparently the deep guilt someone or introversion someone may feel after a mishandled or overrun O/W write is no longer a concern in COS any longer, but on the contrary, expected to occur.
Unfortunately such offbeat Ethics Handlings (which are actually not part of Scientology technology, contrarily to the teachings of RTC who claim otherwise) have become common place in the current COS. These are not the product of LRH tech, but are solely RTC own brand of Tech alteration, based on the case Manifestations of its promoters and their frantic desire to maintain their power.. (It is a technical fact that people will instinctively seek to program others for the very action that they themselves need).
The Current Bridge as currently promoted by RTC has degenerated in nothing else than a Huge and Monstrous Grade 2 (Overt and Withold Technology) where Dianetics, Clear and OT levels has become mere interruptions and side-trips on the overall program.

TECHNICAL DATA

According to Scientology Technology, an illness (covered in the Assist Bulletins) or even a psychotic Break (covered in the Introspection Rundown Bulletin are both preceded by a “predisposition” and a “precipitation”.
A predisposition is defined as a susceptibility or propensity for something. It is what makes the mind liable or likely to be affected by some particular thing. Being tired, living in an invalidative environment, recent flagrant auditing errors, are examples of predisposition By precipitation is meant the occurrence of an incident where what was being predisposed now comes to fruition.

In the case of an illness it is generally the incident that brings about the infection. In the case of a psychotic break, it is the moment of introversion where the person actually looses control.
One sees this type of phenomenon in the expression: “The straw that broke the camel back”.
Adding straws, one after the other is the predisposition. The actual straw that breaks the camel’s back is the precipitation.
In the case of Lisa McPherson, it looks like a virtual certainty for all available data that L-11 was the predisposition. L11 is designed to resolve and even prevent the very condition in which she sank! In addition there are a number of originations that are telltale signs of specific unflat L11 steps . During the early days of her “non-sequitur talk”: she was in actual fact talking directly out of restimulated and unflat L11 steps. This is an expected phenomenon. It is possible for the well trained individual to sieve through the apparent babble of natter, screams or “non-sequitur talk” to track down the root cause of the condition.
It is actually the first step done by an auditor in the introspection rundown. By making the “correct indication”, it is entirely possible, as I have done it dozens of times, to miraculously turn off the insane babble and restore, at least temporarily and slightly sanity to the individual.
The offbeat O/W Write up was the precipitation. This is completely obvious from a number of her comments and actions.
In the actual psychotic Break Episode, she says he needs help. She should have been red tagged right then and there, as she obviously had immediate BPC on her current action (O/W write ups and most likely others as well) By going through her pc folders and recent reports and write up, an indication should have been made to her. This should have been made within hours of the Psychotic Break, not days later. This was never done.

A BOTCHED L-11 RUNDOWN

If a trained Class XII examines some of her “early non-sense” he can actually see that it actually makes perfect sense and give vital clue as to what is wrong, even though she didn’t know it.

On the 18th (the psychotic Break episode), she says she needs help
Once in isolation she says the following things (meaningless babble to the average person, but extremely meaningful a Class XI auditor in the light of the fact she only recently did L-11)

“I created time 3 billion years ago and now I am dramatizing it since than.”
This is a Clear indication of a specific unflat L-11 step meant to handle the key dramatization on the whole track in a case.
“I am LRH and I didn’t confront it because I didn’t confront that power.”
This is an identity or valence problem, a typical sign of a list error on L-11 as some lists will give exact valences. There is an unblown Valence/Identity.
Her statement: “I can’t confront force. I am dramatizing it.”
More signs of Unflat L-11 which is meant to handle the key aberration on a case.
“I was 1.1. What my chronic tone level is.”
This is a Clear sign of introversion, and guilt, which became quite apparent on her O/W Write up.
“I disseminated my mother, but she didn’t get handled. As I didn’t confront force.”

Either a wrong item from L-11 or from Ethics or she is PTS to her Mother. (in which case she should have handled it
BEFORE L-11)
” I need my auditor…”
“Needing auditing is the typical manifestation of auditing error, most specifically out-lists which cause the most
case deterioration on a case.
I need to confront my mom.
PTS to her Mother (among other things).
Next report : “You have to follow the light as Light is life”.
This is a textbook Whole Track Implant description.
A Key implant on the case is one of the key steps of L-11. This is yet another indicator that her L11 was botched.

THE REAL REASON (THE “WHY”)

Sadly, RTC policy toward the prevention of disaffection and dissent has been to instill a regime of Terror.

This was originally done through assignment to the RPF and expulsion from the Church.

As time went on, cruel and long lasting cruel and humiliating punishment became the norm.

People who work at the Flag land Base and have joined the Sea Org, have typically donated all their assets to the Church and are already working in excess of 60 hours a week for little or no pay. In cases of “Down statistics” and emergencies” hours grow even longer and what little benefit one would get even becomes smaller. Deprivation of Food, sleep, and privacy, cancellation of right to meet one’s spouse or underage children are among the first penalties enforced to all group members..

Already hardened by these harsh conditions, the RPF has slowly become, through the years, in many aspects, an actual improvement over the average condition a Sea Org member, to the point that a the threat of an RPF assignment is no longer carry the weight that it once did.

RTC answer has been to remove from the group of unfortunates who work for them in a state more akin to slavery than ever prison would offer the only asset they still possess: their Dignity and their Integrity.

Dignity is removed by broad publication of unilateral findings against an individual. Whereas Scientology Policy dictates a sort of Justice Hearing or Court called a Committee of Evidence, those are very seldom done. Justice being served by pronouncing people based on evidence the individual has not be allowed to confront or dispute. In other words the Accuser, Judge, Jury and Executioner is one and the same individual or group of individuals. In RTC vision of “Justice” the Accusation, Judgement and Sentencing are now performed as a single step and in most cases no appeal is possible.

There seems to be no limit to RTC’s imagination in creating new forms of Torments calculated to degrade and debase the individual receiving their brand of Justice.

New posts with degraded titles get created and the people are assigned to it. People are forced to make public confessions eerily reminiscent of the Stalinist Purges, Marriage are ordered broken, children in actual fact become wards of Church and are raised in a manner entirely consistent with Germany’s infamous “Hitler’s Youths. of the 1930s”

Therefore the prime motivation of most staff, though none would dare admitting it, in an organization where merely having such thoughts is a punishable act, is to “AVOID DRAWING RTC’s NOTICE”.

This eerie duplication of George Orwell’ “Thought Police” comes as a result of RTC’s obsession with implementing the “False Purpose Rundown Technology” at every level and its widespread and frequent use.

A SOCIETY COMPOSED OF MINDLESS ROBOTS

The False Purpose Rundown seeks not only confessions of any “reprehensible acts”, but will demand the admission of any and all negative or critical thoughts about the Church Leadership and Policies. The idea is to nip any such disagreements in the bud, by inferring that any disagreement with the current Leadership or Policies is an Overt and that it can only exist in the presence of unrevealed “crimes” against the Church. For that purpose the word crime has been redefined in Scientology to no longer mean such things as Murder and Rape, but rather “omissions” and “failures to take all the necessary actions” that would have been required to prevent any downfall or “lowering of statistics” within the Church. The fact that in most cases, the downfalls and down statistics could only have been prevented by someone with the psychic abilities to foretell the Future as in “20/20 Hindsight” is of no concern to RTC.
To the experienced staff member the only way to salvage oneself is by “Not disagreeing” with anything and to not even form within his mind even the shadow of a Doubt.
The end result is “utter robotism”. Creative thought has become so suppressed and even “Dangerous” that individuals no longer dare making them.. LRH amply describes the characteristics of Robotism in the Expanded Dianetics Materials and a Number of other Bulletins.
People suffering from Robotism and Slaves share a lot in common. Both will avoid taking responsibility and can no longer think clearly. they can no longer confront the environment that surrounds them and they instinctively tend to ignore or “forget” their prior knowledge. They will disregard any moral choices or “common sense” but rather adhere to “safe” if unprodictive protocols. They have isolated themselves from the painful and terrifying environment by allowing circuitry to take over.
By understanding the above, one can now clearly undeerstand the actions of people who were either trained in some way in the medical field, or should have known that they should be “doing something” more.

WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE

The first thing that should have been done when the C/S and Snr C/S heard of Lisa’s psychotic reaction, would have been to do an “Folder Error Summary” of her applicable recent auditing. This would have taken at most a few hours.

Then an auditor with the correct training Level and experienced with the Introspection Rundown and L-11 should have made the right indication to Lisa McPherson, wether she could be put on the meter or not, until some type of relief took place.

When I left the in 1992, I was the only auditor fully trained in both Rundowns. It is quite likely with all auditors having been put shortly after, onto “Golden age of Tech training”, that by the time Lisa needed it, there was still no auditor qualified to do both Rundowns.

A small note in a one of the report, actually indicates the true viewpoint of all people involved. It should have been to care for the person in front of them, to truly help her.
Unfortunately the note said that that the purpose of “Watching” Lisa was to take care (or prevent) a Flap. This is the sordid true purpose that Sea Org have degenerated to.

Staff no longer wishes to Help people of make them free as their prime Purpose. Preventing flaps (Flaps are a virtual guarantee that RTC would descend on those it pronounced guilty with all the expected savagery of a sharpened guillotine) are now considered the paramount desire of Staff members.
Individuals exhibiting the symptoms described above are clearly PTS themselves.

PTS individuals make mistakes. It seems to have never dawned on RTC that by creating the dangerous environment they have, that previously flubless auditors have now lost their skills and would make major blunders in Lisa McPherson’s case.

The invention of the “Golden Age of Tech” is just another unusual solution to handle auditors who flub due to their exposure to a dangerous (suppressive) environment. De-PTSing them would have been the answer, but it would also mean loosing control.

The most easily controlled people are PTS. Robotism is merely a manifestation of PTSness.

This is no coincidence that countless battered spouses will neither complain nor leave their partner. They are utterly PTS and hence utterly controlled.

Robots are the perfect example of something that is utterly controlled.

Therefore, RTC share a far greater responsibility than David Gellie and Peter Buttery in causing Lisa’s condition. David and Peter’s error was primarily to become PTS and ignoring it. (RTC made that handling impossible).

THE OFF-BEAT TECHNOLOGY OF WATCHING

In Lisa McPherson case, a number of inept watchers are being brought one after the other into her room. Many show very little ARC for Lisa (it takes truly exceptional TRs to show genuine affinity to a person in that condition- something one cannot expect from anybody but a veteran auditor.
These watchers became a major source of disruption for Lisa. She became increasingly violent with them, and it is obvious in some reports that some of them felt animosity toward her. Of interest is that the only person with whom Lisa never became violent was the only one who showed great ARC. Paradoxically, it was the youngest and less experienced of all watchers, a 17 year old girl called Heather.
Unfortunately the concept of 8C has become perverted over the years. 8c simply means smooth and effective control.
Dianetics 55 clearly demonstrates that 8C can only really exist in the presence of ARC.
In fact it is a key component of the Two Key interacting Triangles in Scientology ARC (Affinity, Reality, Communication) and KRC (Knowledge, Responsibility, Control).
Unfortunately in the Sea Org , 8C has become all too often synonym with coerced or manipulative control, which a perversion of the term. There continual reports of doing 8C on Lisa which in this context simply means to force her to do something.
According to an early report, Lisa had trouble swallowing. As time went on, she would either refuse or reject any food.
The answer of the watchers were to force feed her (not with a syringe but with the crude medieval method of shoving it into her mouth.
A PTS Type III individual sees suppressives everywhere. How can a person in that condition react, when faced with people who attempt some sort of violence (force feeding, prevented from leaving or from pacing). The watchers soon became, as far as Lisa was concerned,active Suppressives in the present time environment. On that standpoint alone, one could not expect anything, but severe deterioration to take place.
AS far as Lisa case was concerned, New “Present Time Suppressives” had been added to her environment. and it became that much more unsafe.
LRH states that the ultimate result of Suppression is Death. Therefore from the point the coercive environment in which Lisa lived became firmly established, her fate was sealed.
It does not require a PhD in Medicine to conclude that a person who has trouble swallowing has either some disease or infection or at the very least requires immediate Medical attention. Wouldn’t any normal, or even uneducated parent seeing their child in that state, not seek instant medical attention? Even any Dog lover would have rushed his pet to the Vet if he had exhibited Lisa’s symptoms.
In addition to the disruption caused by low ARC people and a continual change of watchers (each watcher inevitably sees the watch as a penalty as she must endure significant hardship without any compensation).
Typically watchers are assigned to people who are doing lower condition and therefore are already in some form of “Robotic state” Obviously a person who holds an unrealistically long watch (16 hours will start to show impatience, lack of alertness),

This can only result in harming the person being watched.

Sleeping in the company of the psychotic is yet another form of disruption. Since one is completely vulnerable when he sleeps, the person who is deeply PTS will perceive anyone, especially a stranger as threat and a reason to remain awake. Making watchers sleep with a person in a psychotic is a complete Violation of all LRH materials on the Subject of PTS and Psychotics.

The watchers have the false data, that as long as they do not verbally talk to the person, other forms of communication is OK. This is invented Technology and is contrary to all LRH data on Psychotics.

This is based on a misunderstanding of the original bulletins that deal with the subject.
One keeps absolute silence around a person in the middle of a psychotic break episode. This is the actual incident where the psychotic break manifest itself. This is not the whole duration of the isolation period! The reason for the silence is that on a normal person the incident is a lock, but on the psychotic this incident is actually an engram and anything uttered will become part of its content and a command to be later dramatized.
In the book “The Creation of Human Ability”there is an utterly silent process. One get a pc to comply with a non verbal command.
This process is seldom run, as it is not part of any standard Rundown or grade, though I have run it on a number of people, including Flag public.
A typical manifestation occurring during the process is the person becoming upset by the auditor utter lack of verbal communication. This eventually blows off, as the process is brought to its rightful conclusion (EP).
This clearly illustrates the fact that any individual in a prolonged condition where is being denied verbal communication can find the episode to be rather unsettling.

Technically, one could argue that the “process of No Verbal Communication” is an actual New case action or process undertaken on a case which needs to complete incomplete cycles, not start new ones.
How would YOU feel, if a group of people would forcibly bring you into a poorly lighted room and would maintain utter silence in your presence, answering any verbal queries through sign language with their insincere smiles. You would most probably think that they feel you have gone mad and that you are being treated like a complete loon.

Indeed this type of actions have been used around the world to unsettle people or even make them feel crazy when they were sane, For the one who has already lost his Mind, one may put the person beyond the reach of any type of help.

If I would expect anything to occur in the presence of these factors (disruptive or indifferent watchers, artificial silence, denial of freedom of movement, it is simply the restimulation of incidents on the tracks about being confined or incarcerated (or in other words: being tapped) There many such incidents on the track. Being trapped is not only one of the key buttons of the bank, but a prolonged enforced confinement could even develop into out-Int phenomenon or restimulation The only person who keeps bringing up suggestion to do something different is Heather, a 17 year old girl. This is ignored.

EPILOGUE

The regime of terror instilled by RTC ruthless reinterpretation of Scientology Tech and Policy has created an organization of robots and automatons.
The only thing RTC has truly achieved is in recent years in gaining blind loyalty from a horde of unthinking individuals.
Even a Medically trained Doctor (Laura Arrunada) took no action on the numerous and flagrant physical ailments symptoms when they seemed completely obvious to the eye of an untrained teenager (Heather).

Most of the other “watchers” appear more concerned about their own problems and only see Lisa as a ” DEV-T (unwanted) particle”. When one realizes the impossible hours, work and demands put on those people for little or no compensation, one can actually understand their behavior, even if one doesn’t condone it.
It is not the misapplication of Scientology that killed Lisa, but rather the blatant refusal to utilize any one of many elements that forms the vast array of available technology by people who have been trained to no longer form self-determined thoughts.
Except for one person, Heather, everyone involved was more interested in pleasing RTC by “preventing a Flap” than helping the person who was begging for help in front of their very eyes.

“Some of you may remember my wife, Karen Black. She contributed tremendous work as an actress in movies of the seventies and eighties. If you’ve ever enjoyed her work, now is your chance to reach back to Karen – because Karen needs your help.

Karen has waging a battle for over two years with cancer. She has not talked about this publicly because she was hoping it would be cured and she could call herself a cancer survivor.

Karen was diagnosed with ampullary cancer in November of 2010. She immediately had the “Whipple,” one of the most serious operations that is performed at the Mayo clinic were she had it done– a third of her pancreas was removed. This was followed by extensive chemo and radiation back home at UCLA in the Spring and Summer of 2011. After suffering through nausea, fainting and losing over thirty pounds, she was finally declared NED – No Evidence of Disease in July.

But by December 2011 a small tumor developed and another surgery was in order, which left her completely bed-ridden. Her cancer seemed conquered though. By spring 2012 she was doing a lot better and could walk around and was almost normal.

But in June 2012, the cancer came back – and it started spreading – one near her lungs and one in her lower back.

We started trying different things – through hit and miss we found some alternative treatments that seem to help, and she went to Cedar Sinai in Los Angeles and had two operations in January and February to freeze the tumor in her lower back that by then had grown to be four pounds. Even though the operation was a success, Karen was completely debilitated – even now she can hardly move around and is mostly bed-bound.

The cancer is minimized, but we know from past experience that it won’t be long before it comes back. Her oncologist in Los Angeles has recommended that she do chemo therapy, but the problem is that she is skin and bones – before starting on this journey she weighed 156 pounds, she now weighs 96 pounds. That’s a third of her body weight! Part of the problem is that missing a pancreas she doesn’t digest food, and also chemo makes it very difficult to eat.

Karen has been confronting the fact that she would die soon if she didn’t do something.

BUT THERE IS HOPE. Karen’s family physician of many years called us two weeks ago and told us of success she has had with several of her patients doing a treatment in Europe as part of a clinical study there. I cannot go into more details now, but I promise I will in the future as we get involved. I will say that this is a medically supervised program and it targets Karen’s kind of cancer. In fact, we personally know two of the patients that have had remarkable recoveries from cancer there. So we know it works, and right now it is her best and only shot.

But we have to move fast, Karen needs to go in the next few weeks, otherwise she might be to weak to go at all.

Karen will be there for two months.

So here is the big question; why would someone like Karen need money?

Yes, she was an actress in movies, but most of the high-paying work dwindled out many years ago. She has a modest pension and medical insurance (thank goodness), but as anyone knows who has fought cancer, that is not enough. In the last two years we have used up all of our savings keeping Karen alive – traveling – treatments, getting people to help her. We have nothing left. And the European treatment is not covered by insurance.

The Church of Scientology actions to suppress the Independent Field and Dissenters are actually making them stronger

L. Ron Hubbard repeatedly stated: Create God and you have to create the Devil.

As usual the Church of Scientology gets its wrong and does anything that seems to make sense in reverse. Since that organization now dedicate itself almost exclusively into creating EVIL, through it callous and depraved acts, it logically follows that it is willy-nilly incenting the creation of GOOD through that ever increasing number of people of good will who oppose their pernicious agenda.

A quote frequently attributed to Edmund Burke (though there is no evidence he ever stated it) is: “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing”.

Along with the Code of Honour rules that “Your self-determinism and your honour are more important than your immediate life” and “Your integrity to yourself is more important than your body” this summarizes my personal philosophy in life and why threats that “I’d loose my Eternity” have always been entirely ineffectual on me. If you sell out your Integrity then, you have lost everything and there is no Eternity to be had. The big secret is that one cannot loose his Eternity except through his abandonment of his own Integrity. All threats to make one loose it are empty threats. Through the action of an Oppressor like the Church of Scientology actions against anyone who refuse to comply or who departs on his own determinism, one may suffer inconvenience, material discomfort. But when all is said and done, those who suffered through the fanatical actions of an organization or individuals bent on revenge and Evil will have moved up several notches on the Spiritual Scale and come that much closer toward true Enlightenment.

Those tormented souls acting on behalf of the Church (or on their own) to oppress people of Good Will pay very dearly by sliding toward an inexorable dwindling spiral of Spiritual degeneration, turmoil and unhappiness.

I happen to agree with L. Ron Hubbard, when he says, in complete agreement with the Laws of Karma that those who perpetuate Evil and refuse to self-examine to ensure they continue to act in accordance with Morality, Ethical Behaviour and Decency will get very much worse than just their deserved comeuppance.

When someone has become freed from the fetters imposed by Life, material considerations, the body and the environment, and has moved on beyond what we call as “Life”, one typically becomes faced with the most inexorable judge of all (oneself|)and sometime get a punishment so severe that few people can perhaps conceive of it.

Traditionally the concept of Hell was created to describe the most unpleasant possible of fates, but that concept was full misconceptions and sought to describe entirely Spiritual Phenomena with things that are only meaningful in the material universe.

L.Ron Hubbard described the ultimate punishment could be was “to become an Animated Cluster: i.e. a single Being completely glued within a large group of degraded/ Insane beings intent on dramatizing the most perverse and destructive acts and continuously and violently at war with itself “. Or try to imagine becoming a Bacteria capable feeling pain and threats to survival while being incessantly attacked by antibodies.Or as a weak inmate in a room full of highly unfriendly and aggressive Hannibal Lecters.

Evil has a way to torment the righteous and the Ethical. One may even loose the battle, but as long as one has not sold out his Integrity he will remain undefeated.

If Man is basically good, then anyone attacking people of Good Will or perpetrating Evil on them is admitting having already succumbed and admitted defeat face to those dark areas within his case he dares not face.

Evil is therefore the product of cowardice and the vast majority of people doing Evil acts are indeed cowards: they hide their identity while committing their crime. They use pseudonyms on the Internet, always very afraid of being exposed and confronting the fact that what they call their soul is nothing more than a little clinker.

Both the Evil intended individual and the Criminal share the following : Inability to conceive that another thinks differently or is motivated by different Aims than their own.

Life is full of Choices: it is very easy to engage in unethical behavior prompted by ignorance, bigotry or a desire for revenge or greed. The temporary rewards can seem to be great,but sooner or later it will be PAYBACK TIME. and the penalties will completely obliterate the amount of comfort or pleasure one had because of not thinking through the fact that there are always eventual consequences for one’s acts.

On the other hand, the one who said no to unethical behavior or invitations to Hate, may have to go through some rough patches, but the rewards will be far beyond the realm of material or physical gratification.

They say that: “To err is Human. To forgive, divine”.

I, for one, would rather emulate, the divine, even though it may require a greater effort, than do like too many and act the easy (and potentially evil way) “because it is Human”.

This is why I seldom respond to even the most outlandish acts of defamations made by a few bigots who somehow think that spouting lies about myself will end up helping them. They seem to be unable to grasp the fact that only the relatively few individuals with a like bigot frame of Mind agree with them.

The truth is that my many true friends will continue to have faith in me and what I say no matter what lie or drivel is spread about me. False friends and Enemies, will never have faith in me, no matter what I state or would prove.

If enough people would say NO to abuse and Evil, it would greatly diminish its impact in the World. After all, those behind Evil tend to be lazy and cowards. They will therefore follow the path of lesser resistance and eventually when enough doors get closed in their face, seek to oppress those still willing to sell out their integrity.

SCIENTOLOGY: A PASSION FOR GENOCIDE

The Church of Scientology promotes Hatred, Discrimination and vilification of anyone who has the guts to expose it to the light of Truth.

All I have done so far is to communicate publicly for them to knock off their Evil ways and to cooperate in ethical and honest ways to promote the spiritual Freedom of individuals. All my communications addressed to the Church and its agents and puppets so far, have fallen on deaf ears.

It is costing them their shirt: Church membership has dwindled by 60% in the past 10 years alone. Their Magazines (Auditor, Advance,Source, Freewinds) betray the true numbers. One has merely to compare the statistics of completions and the names to discover some disturbing facts:

1- The Number of Completions to Major Levels and Rundowns is on a continuous decline, which contradict the generalities and soaring graphs with no scale nor reference points published at events. The events themselves are largely boycotted by its public, which has prompted Senior Management to hire busloads of Extras (non scientologists generic actors) to give the illusion of attendance. Virtually every photo of a crowd at events is photoshopped to multiply its size. It has become so gross that in some cases even a casual observer can discover it on his own.

2- The organizations are almost entirely deserted. Except for a few large organizations, most Class IV Org around the world have less than a dozen staff. Some of the same organizations had upward of 100 staff in the late 1970s.

3- When David Miscavige high-jacked Scientology resources to defend himself in a copy of Freedom Magazine 2 years ago, the following points could be observed. For each mention of L. Ron Hubbard, David Miscavige name was mentioned three times. Nowhere was there a mention of the TRUE statistics of Scientology; CLEARS AND OTs (because these statistics are dreadfully low and on a steady decline).The only statistics mentioned were the number of square feet and value of Real Estate Property under the Church control. It clearly shows that the Church is primarily interested in the acquisition of wealth.Nowhere does Spiritual Freedom come in the equation any more.

It has been well documented that acquisition of Real Estate property is meant to be distraction for the few remaining faithfuls, to hide the horrible truth that the Church of Scientology is on a toboggan ride toward the bottom.

4- The number of defectors from the Church of Scientology now surpasses its membership Over 30,000 people have been declared suppressives since RTC came into being in 1982. This is twice as many active Scientologists in good standing within the Church worldwide.

In Scientology every statistic of its Management is now false to protect against the Church worst fear: the discovery of truth by its members: that its leadership is corrupted to the core (David Miscavige denying food and rest to his juniors, but extorting the Sea Org underpaid staff to buy him a $100,000 motorcycle and finance a life of luxury while some Sea Org staff live in conditions more appalling than those found in the poorest countries on Earth). This is why the Church has abandoned LRH ideas of making each org “saint Hill size” and has “ideal orgs” instead. Saint Hill size is based in numbers. Ideal org is based on opinion and fudginga few meaningless stats. All one has to do is look at the pictures of those ideal orgs in action: they are quiet like morgues and the course rooms are empty.

Stress and invalidation of preclears and Pre-OTs has grown exponentially over the years. Life expectancy for an Upper Level Scientologist on Church lines is now below 57 years.

The Ls are about to become an extinct technology at Flag.Last year the FSO lost two Class XII C/S to cancer (A Kartuzinsky and Richard Reiss). There are only 9 Class XII remaining at Flag and most of them are already Senior Citizens . The Ls are now being mistaught and run differently than the way L Ron Hubaard taught it to the original Class XIIs. They are now run “Miscavige style” and their failure ratio is now 50%. (prior to my departing in 1992, any Class XII with less than 95% success ratio was removed from auditing and sent on a retrain)

The Church actually amuse me whenever they promote the most aberrant fabrications about me or others that they are unable to blackmail because the only one dirty with crimes is the Church itself.The Church typically recruits renegades with a long history of betrayal and people who are according to their own records insane and unfit for services. I have studied enough pc folders of those GO or OSA puppets cases in the past to know it. The Church hires in lieu of journalists, people so aberrated and crazy that the only uniform they should wear is a straight-jacket.

I recognize the recent frenzy of attacks by OSA and the Church for what it is: the death throws of a wild Beast that has been mortally wounded by the black PR that has backfired upon themselves from decades of lies, deceptions and unethical acts and a list of defectors twice as long as its current membership.

One would think that those running the Church would grown a brain or have a sudden attack of sanity and try to reform the Church, but everything including quality of Services seems to be getting worse every year.

One of the lies promoted by the Church is that I keep desperately searching for PCs to audit. Thanks to the great stupidity and incompetence of OSA and the zombies that now abound on Church staff, I am literally besieged by inquiries from traumatized and disgruntled public of the Church. I just cannot find the time to look for new public. I even had to hire a secretary just to address the load.

Their pc complaints are multiple: Gross Auditor code violations: evaluation, Invalidation, squirrel procedures not written in any HCOB but ordered by the failed auditor who now runs the Church (David Micavige was expelled from his Class IV internship at Saint Hill in the 1970s for gross Auditor code violations and reports of physically assaulting the pc in the session). Registrars and executives pillaging the accounts of public to get book sales and earn a 15% commission. Denigration of the state of Clear,etc.

The numbers are multiplying Thanks to the Publcity from the Church of Scientology itself. Who believes them? The Ku Klux Klan, the Neo Nazis and the Taliban have now more credibility that the Church of Scientology has remaining.

I certainly would not go out of my way to defend myself against the raving and insane fabrications of lunatics and mass murderers such as Charles Manson,Timothy McVeigh or Osama Bin Laden.In fact I would view personal attacks and parroting of the insane fabrication by these or their stooges,dupes or fans as a form of compliment, meaning that I must be doing something right to get such a degree of attention.

Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. described bigotry in the following quotation: “The mind of a bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.”

My Life philosophy can be resumed in the following sentence:

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

Anyone who thinks that the Church of Scientology has not become an EVIL organization has either become mentally lobotomized or seeks to purposefully promote Evil because of the advantages he or she thinks it will afford him/her.

I have departed the Church of Scientology because by 1992,under its leadership it violated the core principles taught in the fundamentals of its philosophy of helping people and seeking to live with the truth.

I developed disagreement in the view that L. Ron Hubbard had reached a permanent state of Infallibility and could never err. (something by definition reserved only for Deity).

I developed disagreement in the fanatical application of the Scientology procedures,observing that I had a near 100% success rate and those under tight control of the Church had a success below 70% by the time I left and that this ratio has continue to go down since.

I decided that it was wrong for the Church to hide its corrupt activities and to keep on telling tell gross lies to its membership for the sole purpose of increasing the amount of Money controlled by its elite.

Therefore attempt to silence me (Church, Freezone,Independents) simply means that:

1- Those attacking me are deeply afraid. Criticism is defined by L. Ron Hubbard as the desire to Harm with a covert admission that one is incapable of actually doing so. Therefore after too many failures to harm someone of goodwill, the mind becomes psychotic and starts to dream the most frantic and absurd fabrications and soon starts to hallucinate believing in their own lies.

2- Those who propagate Hatred believe they have the right to violate the Human Rights of others if it threaten in their eyes the triumph of their ideology. (This is in itself the definition of Extremism)

Anyone who departs from the Church by dissenting or embracing different beliefs and religious views than those taught by its current leadership is uniformly treated in the following manner

1. Classification: People are divided into “us and them”. The Church (or fanatical opponent group like Freezone factions) views itself as the good guys no matter how Evilly they act and feel that attacks anyone who try to show them howto reform Evil.

2. Symbolization “When combined with hatred, symbols may be forced upon unwilling members of pariah groups…”

3.Dehumanization “One group denies the humanity of the other group. Members of it are equated with animals, vermin, insects, or diseases.” (squirrels) or ridiculing any handicap, old age etc.

4.Organization Attacks are always organized. Special groups or Specialists execute the pernicious agenda seeking to destroy the targeted individuals/group

5. Polarization “Hate groups broadcast polarizing propaganda…”

6. Preparation “Victims are identified and separated out because of their ethnic or religious identity…” My disagreements with the Church are philosophical and religious in nature.

7.Extermination “It is ‘extermination’ because the perpetrators feel the target is a liability to the greater group or Dynamic and is viewed with deep Hatred. Ostracism, boycott and Isolation are merely the first stages before violence becomes justified in the eyes of the perpetrators because their victims are not truly human.”

8. Denial:The perpetrators… deny that they committed any crimes…” OSA (and its agents) and the Freezone are frequently accomplished liars.

9. Discrimination: Because of its dissenting views and the enactment of the previous steps, both the Church and its offshoots (Freezone/Independents) promote the FAIR GAME LAW and the spreading of calumnies and vilification toward dissenters.

10.Persecution:systematic mistreatment of an individual or group of individuals as a response to their religious beliefs or affiliations or lack thereof.

The Above 10 steps are known as the 10 Stages of Genocide.

It describes very precisely the tactics of the Church toward religious dissension.

Anyone who still promotes the ideals of the Church of Scientology in maligning its religious dissenters and/or who promotes Hatred toward those it dislikes or have physical disabilities,or belong to the “wrong ethnic group” should be labelled for what he or she is: A GENOCIDE ADVOCATE.

I have followed your blog over the past year, having been affiliated with the church. It has been helpful and enlightening in many ways. I am a successful executive in Europe. I also work in the US and South America from time to time. I advanced in my auditing, and couple of years ago I desisted in my auditing as I had clear differences with the church. I underwent endless ethics sessions trying to fix the matter, saw many things in session, and yet, the situation did not change, reason for which I decided to go on with my life as the Way to Happiness preaches, rather than being forced to be something that I feel I should not. However, this radical disconnection from source is difficult as my spiritual goals remain stagnant for the time being. I am hesitating whether or not to go back to auditing in the church. I thank you for your efforts to heighten the values of this spiritual path. It has been soothing and helpful in understanding many points of confusion.

I felt indoctrinated and started to look for alternatives and data to explain what I saw in the Church. That is how I found your videos and your blog and that is how I decided to contact you. I don’t want to waste your time by writing long stories about my experience nor I would expect any technical opinions based on e-mail communication. To be perfectly honest, I don’t know really, what to do, it seems, after all I did and tried, I would need some expert handling that I believe I can get in the Church. Would it be possible to get some help and guidance from you?

AVAILABILITY AND INTEGRITY OF TECHNICAL MATERIALS SERIES

TECHNICAL VOLUMES 13 AND 14

A number years ago, an enterprising individual took it upon himself to compile the entirety of the Upper Level materials (mainly confidential ones) that were available to him.

Those two volumes were prepared in PDF format and made to look just like the original Technical Volumes issued in 1976

Immediately, the bulk of the Independent field took the compilation as complete, entirely authentic and accurate, three things it simply was not. It seems that acknowledging the fact that some materials were incomplete would have run afoul of a number or practitioners vested interests, especially financial ones. As a result, a number of auditors have been running boot-leg rundowns or rundowns that are attributed to LRH but are in fact the entire creation of Independent auditors of questionable competence.

I have denounced the inaccuracies within those two volumes, to little avail in the past.

Here is an exact summary based on facts by someone who has had access to the entirety of the materials covered in those volumes:

VOLUME 13

POWER

Whereas all materials but one issue is complete and authentic, the materials are not complete. The way the materials are presented has led a number of auditors to assume very incorrectly that any Class IV, including those who have not even interned would be competent enough to audit those processes. This is definitely not the case. It requires the highest skill to run those processes competently. Particularly notable in their omission, are the materials that explain the actual auditing style and why running Power processing on Clears is destructive to their case and why it is suppressive to do so.

R6EW

The checksheet is missing, but 80% of required materials are present, all of them bona fide. Missing are 5 C/S only or confidential HCOBs that are crucial for proper guidance on the level.

CLEARING COURSE

The entirety of the Clearing Course written materials is presented minus the checksheet.

Missing are all of the Clearing Course Films. Also three HCOBs that are only found on the SOLO C/S course (and the AO Review Auditor course) that deal with the state of Clear and are crucial in determining the mechanics of Clearing and on what type of auditing it is possible (or impossible) to achieve Clearing. Failure to apply those principles has led to numerous false attests to the state of Clear from pcs on lower levels in the In dependent field, where the Auditor-C/S was simply not qualified to make the adjudication. The self-appointed Freezone PR has been fanatically active falsely validating those attestations, and chastised me for “speaking against Upstats” even after I showed him evidence that those “Upstats” were in fact very much Downstats and in lower conditions as far as the Tech is concerned. I hope that those who read my comment decide to enlist competent help before blindly attesting people to Clear with no independent test and without someone who is fully trained to validate Clear. A particular organization that specializes in false Clear attest at lower levels decided to direct people on OT II to run the Clearing Course Materials at the same time, “because the pc is very much interested in running those” If those who perpetuate that out-tech had only bothered to train properly they would have realized that the reason for such interest was that the fact that these individuals had never archived the state of Clear in the first place!

Some ignorant individuals have renamed their own copies of the 1958 Clearing Congress Films held in Washington DC as “Clearing Course Films”

VOLUME 14

OT I

Complete and authentic materials of all past and present version of OT I

OT II

Complete and authentic materials. One page from the platens is omitted, most likely the result of an error. The text version of Volume 14 has the missing page.

OT III

Complete and authentic materials as far as the student OT III course pack goes.

5 OT III C/S and Remedy/Review HCOBs are missing. These HCOBs are crucial for programming certain types of remedy. Only auditors who have audited OT III reviews at an AO or Flag or trained on the Solo C/S course are likely to have ever read those bulletins.

ORIGINAL OT IV-VII

Each of those levels is in some way altered from the version written by LRH.

The original materials of these levels were entirely written in LRH hand. The materials presented in Volume 14 are typed materials.

OT IV has some crucial Processes/Drills omitted from it. The C/S instruction on C/Sing the level are entirely missing. The first step of OT IV is an audited rundown audited by a Class VIII. Misguided Freezone C/Ses with the Quickie impulse are known to instruct people to do that step Solo, even though it is clearly a Review Action and has a secret purpose not revealed to the pc but known by the C/S.

OT VII is entirely different than the version written by LRH. It turns out to be the “EDUCTIVISM” version. Eductivism was Jack Horner (pronounced squirrel by LRH and persecuted for it) own take and version of Scientology in the 1960s and 1970s. Jack Horner believed in the vital importance of running Creative Processing. LRH ordered Creative Processing abandoned during the 1950s, after observing that it tended to beef up the bank in a number of cases.

Anyone reading that version of OT VII will instantly notice that it contains many Creative processing processes and therefore an immediate giveaway that it cannot be authentic.

The true version of OT VII start with an assessment before any process is run.

And last but not least, the End Phenomenon of OT VII is not mentioned, making one wonders if all those who trumpet completing people on OT VII are truly giving their pcs what they had been promised ,if neither they nor the pc truly know the EP.

NEW OT V: NOTS

Mainly Complete. Authentic materials. A few of the NOTs series are missing.

There are a total of 55 NOTs series Bulletins plus a number of additions and attachments.

NOTE: NOTs 53 is missing. It was a useful bulletin called ERRORS ON NOTs, which gave useful and realistic examples on how NOTs cases could be debugged. Because it was written by David Mayo, in 1982 all copies were ordered to be pulled out of packs and anywhere else and turned over to RTC. Everyone having access to that bulletin was sec-checked to ensure no copy had survived.

NOTS 56 is a forgery. I am told that a “FREEZONE AUTHORITY” had certified it as authentic.

All one has to do is use to google to discover it was a parody written by Keith Henson.

NEW OT VI: SOLO NOTS

No checksheet exist. most of the Solo NOTS only materials are missing. For a full rundown on what the full Solo NOTs materials consist of, please read my essay on the Synopsis of Solo NOTs

ORIGINAL OT VIII

The lone HCOB in that section is authentic. It is the only HCOB ever issued that has OT VIII in either the title or the distribution.

Paradoxically that HCOB has never been part of OT VIII as delivered on the Freewinds or by the Church.

NEW OT VIII

This is one of the three versions of OT VIII released by the Church. It was released after the fiasco of the first version of OT VIII on the Maiden Voyage. Out of 300 people who did that version of OT VIII, more than 40 had dropped dead within 3 months. This was a tightly kept secret. Since i was working in the OT VIII Eligibility HGC at the time, I became privy to all sort of information on the matter.

In late 1988, the following Tech terminals were secretly RPFed:

Ray Mithoff, actual author of the Freewinds OT VIII with some assistance from LRH handwritten notes. As is the case with all Scientology compilations since 1985, David Miscavige had absolute veto power over it and approved its release.

The entire Freewind (FSSO) OT VIII delivery team except for one course Supervisor, the OT VIII review Auditor and the Tech page. It specifically included Margaret Supak (Senior C/S FSSO) and the late Laura Wolfe (OT VIII C/S)

At the FSO the following two C/Ses were RPFed for having an unusually high proportion of the dead among people they had C/sed: Ruthe Humprey and Dan McNicholl.

A number of year ago, Ariane Jackson, a former friend and pc of mine became livid when she discovered how abused and ripped off her ex-husband had been by the Church and had literally died of a broken Heart with Scientology. (His diary has been published on the Internet under the title: Diary of a Dying Scientologist).She decided to punish the Church by telling all she knew about OT VIII on the Internet.

I immediately emailed Ariane and we had a series of pleasant communications. The next day she wrote me, informing me that there were 8 lawyers representing the Church in her living room. Ariane was never heard of again. It requires no great ability to speculate what happened next: the two million dollars in loans arranged by the Church that her ex-husband had made to dead-beats, being reimbursed to her and their child, plus hush money and a gag order..

L10

Grossly inaccurate and incomplete materials.

It includes the Class X course checksheet. For some reason all of the auditors who claim to deliver L-10 in the independent field make nothing of the fact that there are 24 theory bulletins on the Checksheet that are not available in any form nor even an abridged summary. Those bulletins explains the procedures, the auditing style and general prerequisites and core theory of the rundown.

Most of the process sheets in that section are as Warren McShane had testified in court “unartful and severely incomplete reconstructions”.

I have repeatedly stated that one of the missing bulletins states that you can seriously deteriorate a case or even kill him by misrunning L-10. This has been always glossed over by those who have a financial interest in delivering rundowns they are not qualified for, since most of these pseudo-auditors instantly wash their hands of any overt product they make, much like a cheap mechanic who refuse to honor any warranty on his repairs as long as the car has been driven out of his lot.

L11

This pathetic reconstruction fails to explain the theory behind the rundown nor how it is achieved. Some of the steps are even given in the wrong sequence.

L12

Very poor reconstruction with none of the theory behind L12 explained in any way. Several of the techniques used on L-12 are only described in an LRH briefing. Neither the tape, nor a transcript, or even notes or summary of it are known to exist outside of the Church

Anyone who delivers that rundown under those conditions is deeply out-ethics and can have only financial motives for delivering a rundown that can easily deteriorate a case (and in some celebrated cases in the Independent field) make them act like ranting lunatics.

NEW VITALITY RUNDOWN

Quickiest of the quickies is the only way to describe this laughable write-up by Russ Meadows who was declared Suppressive in 1976 under orders by LRH. The 1976 HCOB “Auditing reports, Falsifying of” summarize Russ’s career. His write up omits almost everything of importance, starting with the fact that the New Vitality Rundown is a Dianetics Rundown. This has led a Squirrel in the US Midwest to market that “LRH Rundown” while he delivers processes of his own manufacture instead. Having failed to produce the expected result of a Valence shift, the pseudo-auditor then runs NOTs commands and procedures on lower level pcs. When I privately chastised the auditor for both Fraud (selling an out-tech Rundown of his own manufacture while claiming it is LRH) and squirreling (auditing NOTs procedures on lower level cases), his reaction was extremely violent. He wrote a Suppressive Person Declare on me and distributed it to his “Friends”. He then added the heinous fabrication that I wished his wife dead. I did not even know he was married and to this day I do not even know the name of that woman nor anything about her. I never wish people dead. It is against my basic philosophy. I want criminals to stop being out-ethics and I wish liars to stop lying because according to my fundamental belief, anyone can redeem himself. Only someone cruel wish to see people dead.

BRIGHT THINK RUNDOWN

These bulletins are authentic. They were released in 1978 but soon after were withdrawn stating that their use was restricted to SuperPower only.

SUPERPOWER

The version of SuperPower is a pure work of fantasy from the Freezone.

The correct SuperPower Rundown as originally conceived by LRH consist of the following 12 steps:

C/S 53 (as included in the Tech Volumes)

Ethics repair list (the original list issued in 1978 is NOT the same as the one in Volume 14.The Ethics Repair List in Volume 14 was written by a person with a long history of out 2D and alcoholism)

Personal revival rundown (not released /known in the Independent field)

Consequences rundown (not released/known in the Independent field)

Bright think rundown (as described above)

Study green form (in the New Tech Volumes)

False data rundown parts I and II (not released/known in the Independent field)

Cause rundown (not released nor known in the Independent field)

Power of choice rundown (not released nor known in the Independent field)

Perception rundown (not released nor known in the Independent field)

Learning drills (not released nor known in the Independent field)

Physical universe drills (not released nor known in the Independent field)

The original purpose of SuperPower was to resolve all the ills that make staff members poor workers or ineffective.

ANALYSIS OF THE BOGUS SUPERPOWER STEPS

1- A ludicrous statement is made about there being a “condition of No Condition” Obviously the one who designed that step failed to word Clear the word Condition, which means state of being. One cannot avoid being in some form of state of being, even postulating oneself in the lowest possible levels of unconsciousness or non-existence causes someone to still be in some type of state of being or condition. It is followed by the command to “Find a Viewpoint”. If the author of that process had understood the axioms well, he would have written “Assume a Viewpoint” instead.

2- The next step directs the person to violate all known references on exterior and ending sessions, plus those on persistent F/N. It then introduces the false datum that one can audit over a big win and over a persistent F/N. The author appears to never have read the definition of a persistent F/N: it persists, therefore by definition you could no longer get reads without having killed it first, yet the authors insinuate that only a Floating TA cause an F/N to be truly persistent.

3-This is followed by a Creative Processing Process. Owing to their having been abandoned by LRH long ago, it is proof by itself that the process cannot be genuine.

4- A seriously altered version of the Ethics Repair list with a number of important questions omitted.

5- The next step is another Creative Processing Action

6- The last set of process shows its author confusion on flows, some of the commands have Flow one reversed with Flow 2 or have flow 3 omitted.

The last Creative Processes in this rundown are a form of Validation Processing. Long experience with that kind of process has shown that they have built in instability within them and that the key-outs created by that type of process not only do not last long, but frequently result in an eventual very strong key-in days or months later. At least one case in the Independent field that had been doing well before the rundown was started committed suicide shortly after completing it.

Therefore consider as out-ethics any auditor still running this rundown once they have been appraised of the data above.

Obviously those whose overts are restimulated by my analysis above will probably attack me.

It is my hope that others, which form the majority, will benefit greatly from my statements and be able to make better and effective progress toward improvement and a better state of well-being.

So, as the little prince described it to me, I have made a drawing of that planet. I do not much like to take the tone of a moralist. But the danger of the baobabs is so little understood, and such considerable risks would be run by anyone who might get lost on an asteroid, that for once I am breaking through my reserve. “Children,” I say plainly, “watch out for the baobabs!” My friends, like myself, have been skirting this danger for a long time, without ever knowing it; and so it is for them that I have worked so hard over this drawing. The lesson which I pass on by this means is worth all the trouble it has cost me.

Perhaps you will ask me, “Why is there no other drawing in this book as magnificent and impressive as this drawing of the baobabs?”

The reply is simple. I have tried. But with the others I have not been successful. When I made the drawing of the baobabs I was carried beyond myself by the inspiring force of urgent necessity.

Partial list of public audited

The following is a partial list of PCs Pierre have audited that was officially published by the Church of Scientology. It is not in any way exhaustive and consists of roughly 3500 people out of about 5000. Anyone on this list (or not) is welcome to contact Pierre. With virtually no exception, he enjoyed auditing each of those people. Pierre provided counseling as a volunteer minister for 20 years at no pay. Dalai Lama says , quote: “Those who, through their personal suffering, truly want to end completely all the suffering of others are persons of supreme capacity. ” Pierre is one of those people of supreme capacity.

Pierre is going over the list and recalling the gains and life changing improvements he saw in those people provided him with hours of happy memories: “My ultimate desire is for each of these people to reach happiness and spiritual Freedom, whether they achieve it in the Church of Scientology or in another. A lot of those names have not been on Flag completion list for a very long time. Each and everyone should be told that

“NO CHURCH HOLDS A MONOPOLY ON SPIRITUAL FREEDOM OR THE STATES OF BEINGNESS PROMISED BY L. RON HUBBARD”.

Anyone can move forward from whatever point they have been stopped, betrayed or given arbitrary actions that were not designed to help them.” Pierre says

Black Ops of the Church of Scientology

 OPERATIONS OFFICER

Successful:

(1) Allowing outer Org B1s to develop their own Ops ideas to submit for
      approval -- and demanding such.

(2) Allowing outer Org B1s to run approved Ops based on first hand data
      as long as it's kept within the framework of the Op.

(3) Providing a believable source of an operation, thereby filling the
      vacuum, so that Scn. isn't dubbed in as source.

(4) When planning an Op, mentally following it all the way through
      looking for areas which need to be taken into account; and taking
the
      enemy's viewpoint of the Op for the same purpose.

(5) Full and correct use of target series for each Op.  Targets simply
      stated and specific as possible.  (Helps in debugging and to hat
      inexperienced persons)

(6) The major target of the Op is based on a *real*, current situation.

(7) When hitting a group or individual, hitting their finance and comm
      lines.

(8) Getting an enemy to attack another enemy.

(9) Working off of programmes which align Ops actions to other Br 1
      sections and other Bureaus and which contain command intention from
      LRH on down.  (Admin scale and priorities aligned)

(10) Working for VFPs and having such reflected in the statistics, rather
      than a lot of sub-products.

(11) Exposure of real, documented enemy crimes and material of a
      scandalous nature.

(12) Utilizing current events and trends (and finding the right buttons)
      for exploitation in Ops channels.

(13) Keeping plans bright and simple and on target.

(14) Finding real buttons.

(15) Keeping up persistent pressure until the product is achieved.

(16) Establishing some type of feedback line so that exact effects are
      known.

(17) Mini-hatting by giving examples of successful Ops.

Unsuccessful:

(1) Ops on random attackers instead of WHOs, just to be doing Ops for Ops
      sake.

(2) Dubbing in buttons.

(3) Trying to do everything on an Op by yourself from a management or
      senior executive level, and therefore not allowing origination or
      juniors to wear their hats.

(4) A one shot approach, rather than persistent pressure and several
      channels to a product.

(5) Harassment actions.

(6) Not planning or providing for a believable source of the Op so that
      a vacuum is left allowing the recipients to dub in Scn amongst
      others.

(7) When planning not considering all the effects as the Op runs it's
      full course, and not taking the enemy's viewpoint, leaving critical
      holes in the plan which will later backfire on you, make your
      scramble on an emergency basis to handle or make the Op less
      effective.

(8) No use of, or misuse of, target series.  (too few, unspecific
      targets; many unaligned, hard to understand targets).

(9) An Op or major target based on revenge or out-of-PT situation.

(10) Producing, and stats aligned with, many sub-products as opposed to
      VFPs.

(11) Manufacturing documented enemy crimes (there are rare exceptions to
      this)

(12) Long involved and overly complex operations with many conditionals
      which if any or any one of several aren't done exactly would cancel
      out the effectiveness of the Op.  (There are rare exceptions)

(13) No feedback line; results of Ops not really known or dubbed in.

1.  Standard ODC with time track and a brief, summarized, well-rounded
      picture of a terminal.  (Following #2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 are the key areas
      data is needed)

5.  Terminal's main interests, personal habits, fears, vices and any

      Groups that the terminal belongs to and any groups or terminals, who
      are enemies of that group.

7.  What the terminal considers valuable & is protecting

8.  Simple org board the terminal is on, clearly noting his position and
      his seniors and noteworthy juniors.

9.  What persons have the power to fire terminal from the position he
      holds.

10.  Any rules or regulations that if broken would cause the terminal to
      lose his job/position.

11.  Any regulations concerning licenses that the terminal holds that
      would cause him to lose his license if violated (i.e. law, medical,
      contractor, etc.)

12.  Scandals, conflicts, disputes directly or indirectly connected to
      terminal.

13.  Documents that show criminality of terminal (i.e. cheating on income
      tax, discrediting data in personal letters, use of drugs, etc.)

Ops Planning

Ops planning goes over all the data on the WHO that Ops research has
compiled and with all the data available on the WHO, plans out channels of
attack on the WHO that will effectively remove/restrain the WHO from his
position of power.  Ops planning on a WHO is done using the data series,
target series, all Scientology tech applicable, and intelligence tech.
The following points should be followed in doing an operation:

1.  Initially plan out at least 3 channels of attack with the data you
      have at hand.  Do not wait forever to getall data collected, but
      also do not run Ops that would be dangerous without essential data.
      Basically a brighter idea is needed with less data available.  3
      channels being done instead of less is because there is a higher
      percentage of getting results and also this will tend to confuse and
      spin the WHO as there are 3 attacks instead of just one.

2.  Continue to plan Ops utilizing feedback from completed Ops so that
      the WHO has persistent attack on him and continual pressure.  Do
this
      consistent attack until the WHO is obliterated.

3.  Stay away from harassment actions that are only for the sake of doing
      channels or revenge.  ie: Sending pizzas from every Pizza delivery
      restaurant.  These basically have been unsuccessful as they do not
      achieve any real effective result, except for letting the WHO know
      that he is under attack.  There may be times when 50 pizzas every
day
      being sent to a WHO would be effective, but this would be in such a
      case where the WHO was restimulated heavily by seeing pizzas,
      smelling pepperoni or seeing pizza delivery boys, etc.

4.  Always include a way of getting feedback in an operation, so you know
      what type of result you are getting and for further planning of
      channels in those areas that give good results.

5.  Ensure proper security is planned in an operation, ie: use of an
      untraceable typewriter, paper without fingerprints, proper covers by
      FSM's, etc. (See security write-up and security section data in hat
      materials of Ops US hat checksheet)

6.  Use the target series exactly to programme out an operation on a WHO.
      Ensure the major target is based on a *real*, current situation and
      is an achievable purpose.

7.  Find out what the exact resources are for the area the Op will be
      implemented in and what the capabilities are of your terminals
      implementing the Op.

8.  Keep the targets in an operation simple, yet complete.

9.  Analyze properly the actual situation with the WHO and what the best
      line of attack should be done by the GO as a whole.  It may be
      necessary to suggest that PR or Legal do some specific action as a
      finishing off of the WHO.  Never wait for another bureau to handle a
      WHO, as Ops is responsible and has the capabilities to handle WHO's
      totally without the other Bureaus in the GO.  Liaison though is very
      important with the various GO bureaus, specifically the Legal Branch
      2 (attack area of Legal) and PR Branch 1 (attack area of PR).

10.  A believable source must be provided in an operation, thereby
      "filling the vacuum," so that Scientology isn't dubbed in as source
      of the attack.  A1 Ops are planned in such a way that they in no way
      could be traced back to the Church.

11.  Channels should be various and ever changing types of channel of
      attack, rather than sticking to one type of Op, such as an anonymous
      flyer that 3-P's a WHO.

12.  Mentally follow-thru your plan and ensure all factors concerning
      security and workability are taken into account.  It is a good idea
      to also take the enemy's viewpoint when working out your strategy in
      the operation.

Once the plan is fully targeted out, CSW with full complete data your
operation to the Dir Br1 US.  When it is approved, then the Ops plan and
the applicable data is flowed to Ops execution part of the Ops section.

Ops Execution

Ops execution implements the targeted-out approved operation.  If an AGI
in the field is to receive the targeted plan or orders to do a part of the
operation then this is routed in the following manner:

            Branch 1 Director US
            DG I US
            Ops mail line
            AGI _______
            _________________
            OPS OFF US

      The "Ops mail line" is a point where the Ops targets are mailed
      directly on a confidential line directly to the Ops terminal in the
      field.  (See the attached Ops Write-up 1R and the attached write-up
      of the US Ops Com-Lines)

Flexibility is important when doing a targeted out plan.  An operation
should not be done robotically, as at times an Operation can be found to
be unworkable for any number of different reasons.  As execution observes
the PT scenes of the Op and obtains feedback, it may be more applicable to
re-CSW new actions or alter targets because of threat of exposure of the
Op, etc.

Execution gets the Operation implemented and acts as Ops programmes
officer, 8-Cing Ops units to get the necessary targets done and debugging
bogged targets.  Execution works very close to planning in that the
necessary PT scene of the Op with feedback of the results is immediately
infoed to Ops planning, so new channels can be drawn up or revised as
necessary.

Ops execution ensures that the stat and report lines are in from his Ops
units implementing the operation.  (Ops Write-up 2R and 3 attached)

The origin of NOTs materials obtained through the legal system

On September 5th, 1996 a person in Sweden by the name of Zenon Panoussis filed NOTs with the Swedish Parliament Office. “Scientology responded by demanding that the court case be placed under “secrecy” — effectively sealing the case and thus ensuring that NOTs would not made accessible to the public in the way that the OT levels were entered as part of the Fishman Affidavit. But the secrecy order was initially denied. Zenon posted instructions on how to order copies of legal documents from the court on September 9, including copies of NOTs. The issue of secrecy was evidently vital to Scientology: in this message, Zenon notes that Scientology filed a second request for secrecy, and they appealed their first request. But these motions of secrecy were again dismissed by the Stockholm court of appeals. On Friday the 13th (ironically?), as Zenon writes, “the OTs and NOTs are still public documents and will most probably remain so forever.” As the OT court cases demonstrated in America, it is currently legal to order a copy of NOTs from the Stockholm court. (However, the legality of making copyrighted materials available for download on the Internet is questionable.)

Why were Scientology’s requests for secrecy repeatedly denied? The reason has to do with a unique policy in Sweden called offentlighetsprincipen. This is a provision of the Swedish constitution that guarantees access to public documents in order to prevent corruption and fraud, and it is considered a basic civil right in Sweden. The policy is explained in more detail in this email from an anonymous Swedish official.”

Currently number of people in the free field who have ordered copies of NOTs through the justice system may own a perfectly legal copy of NOTs materials. Please note that this article does not constitute a legal advice in regard to the status of those documents as the law vary in different jurisdictions. In addition it appears the authentic NOTs materials filed in the legal system have been stolen on a number of occasions and allegedly replaced with “Black Scientology” materials in order to sink in the free field. The replacement of the originally filed materials is on record.

Scientology, Myths and Copyright

In mid 1983 the Corporate Church of Scientology started a massive program to register LRH material. This is the reason most copyright filings have a date of 1983 forward. By then most of the HCOBs written by LRH prior to 1978 had fallen into Public Domain. To get around this the HCOBs were issued into tech volumes and then a copyright was gotten to cover the whole book. But, if you look at the individual HCOBs in the tech volumes, the copyright is missing on each individual one. This is because most of the original works are individually not copyrighted anymore and fell in the Public Domain! It became a common practice to take an issue that has fallen into the public domain, change a few lines of it, then get a copyright on their revised edition. This is why the original works were revised and changed.

The failure of LRH to place notice of copyright on the original works and documents he published before 1978 seem to have resulted in those works falling into Public Domain. The copyright law changed in 1978 , when the copyright notice was no longer required to reserve the authors rights.

In the RTC vs FACTnet case, Judge Kane wrote a Memorandum Opinion and an Order, where he noted that once a work enters the public domain, it remains there irrevocably. The 1909 Copyright Act required, inter alia, that the copyright owner of a published document affix proper notice to each publicly distributed copy of the work. Non compliance with the notice requirement could inject the work into the public domain. Indeed the Copyright Act of 1909 contained a very strict notice requirement. A work published without a valid copyright notice was automatically injected into the public domain. 17 U.S.C. SS10, 19 et. Seq. (1909 Act) ; New Era Publications International, APS v. Carol Pub. Group, 904 F.2d 152, 161 (2d Cir.), cert. Denied, 111 S. Ct. 297 (1990).

In the RTC vs FACTNet case, the church alleged that FACTNet violated 1900 of their copyrights. All 1900 issues in the FACTNet case were copyrighted between 83 and 87 and they were not copyrighted earlier. In some instances they do have earlier registrations but the majority of them do not. Below is affidavit by Jesse Price in regard to the copyright issues of the original works.

In addition to some of the original works falling into the Public Domain, the Corporate Church of Scientology no longer maintains the trademark for L10, L11, L12 as of 2005 due to failure to renew their trademark registration.( for example: “On Tuesday, January 24, 1984, a U.S. federal trademark registration was filed for L 10 by Religious Technology Center, Los Angeles 90028. Jesse Prince Affidavit

I, Jesse Prince declare as follows:

1. I am over 18 years of age and currently reside in the state of Minnesota, County of Hennepin. This declaration is of my own personal knowledge and if called upon to testify to the facts herein I could and would be competently able to testify thereto.

2. I am intimately familiar with the Scientology organization, movement and beliefs because I was in Scientology for 16 years (1976-92) and served in the highest ranks, including as the second in command of the Religious Technology Center (RTC). At that time, my position was “Deputy Inspector General, External” which meant being in charge of all activities outside the body of Scientology. This included being in charge of all litigation by or against any Scientology organization, intelligence (spying, covert operations) brought against perceived or imagined “enemies” (which ranged from critics to media to the courts), trademark registrations, and the licensing of trademarks to other Scientology organizations, which was how we tightly controlled all Scientology corporations while creating the false impression of “corporate integrity.”

3. It is incumbent on this and every court, as well as the authorities, to realize the amount of deception, chicanery, lying, manipulation and outright criminality that Scientology will employ to hide the truth about their criminal activities. They will spend any amount of money to do this. I know because I was part of it for years. I received orders to break the law. I issued orders to break the law. I got others to break the law, and then I helped to hide these criminal activities just as they are hiding them now.

4. In fact, this tactic is one of the most coercive used by the Scientology hierarchy: to involve members in criminal acts for which they are then liable, which then prevents the person from speaking out. Even if the member manages to leave or flee, they will be reluctant to speak to the courts or the authorities because they were part of criminal activities. Plus the organization is ready to use Mafia-like tactics to threaten an ex-member if the hierarchy is afraid of their testimony. If the ex-member does speak, the organization will claim no knowledge and blames the individual, calling them a criminal when that person was doing nothing more than following orders under duress.

5. Members of Scientology are induced to confess to acts that, if not outright criminal, are embarrassing or possibly destructive to the person’s job, marriage or profession, for example, shoplifting, adultery, masturbation, or drug abuse. The member is urged to write these down in their own handwriting, under the guise that it is a “religious confessional” for the member’s good. The truth is that these “confessions” are kept to blackmail and extort the member should they dare to speak out. The member is also coerced to sign documents that are self-damaging while protecting the organization, solely in case the member dares to leave their control and speak the truth. I know because I watched this done to others, I did it to others and it was done to me. That is why I respectfully urge this court to recognize Scientology’s tactics and treat them for what they are: criminal deceit to defraud this court at any cost.

6. For the past five years since I fled Scientology, I have been silent because it was my intent to create a new life for myself, away from their obsessive control, and it required all the energy that I could muster to do that. About two weeks ago, I finally became curious as to what was happening within the Scientology world and I used the Internet to look up Scientology and was stunned to discover former friends who had also left and the conflicts being waged in the courts. I contacted one (Stacy Young) who had been a close friend for many years in the cult who told me what had been happening, with former members fighting to have the abuses and the criminality exposed.

7. Because I have intimate and personal knowledge of issues in this case, she put me in touch with attorney Dan Leipold and I traveled to his offices in Santa Ana, California. After speaking with him and others, I realized that this level of criminal fraud and deceit can no longer continue without opposition. I could no longer remain silent, regardless of their terrorism. I offered to tell the court how Scientology really operates with trademarks, copyrights and the courts. In fact, I am doing this at the risk of enduring the hate campaign this pseudo-religion will wage against me, as they have against others, including judges.

8. Let me begin with some basic information about my own Scientology history: I first became involved with Scientology in September 1976, in San Francisco. In late 1976 I joined the elite Scientology paramilitary organization known as the Sea Organization, also known as the “Sea Org” or the acronym “SO.” The Sea Organization is the actual nexus that controls the Scientology empire. Sea Organization personnel are authorized to take over and control Scientology organizations and to demote personnel, move bank accounts and run the corporation as if the SO personnel were employees or representatives of that corporation but they are not. This is true if the organization was part of the “Church of Scientology” or one of the secular areas such as Bridge Publications. This is possible because the only personnel allowed into executive positions in these organization are those who are in full agreement that the Sea Organization is the commanding organization. This weeding out process guarantees there will be no executives who will resist or protect their corporate integrity. This is how the Sea Organization can operate with impunity, and continue to claim that it is merely a “fraternal organization.” The Sea Organization is a “fraternal organization” the way the Cosa Nostra is.

9. Before I was recruited into the Religious Technology Center (RTC) in 1982, most of my experience was with Scientology technical material; the actual codified techniques used within the organization. This gave me considerable time to become familiar with the material, most of which was written by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. It was that familiarity that prompted my promotion to a technical position at RTC.

10. Physically, I was transferred to and lived and worked at what is known as “Golden Era Studios,” near Hemet, California. It is also known as “Gold” or simply “the base.” RTC’s presence at Gold was fully known to all at the base, but was kept hidden from all others, to try to make it appear that Gold was merely a movie/tape production studio when really the movie/tape production is nothing but a front to mask, hide and protect the top of Scientology’s actual power structure so they cannot be served with subpoenas. (The security system is more befitting a top secret military installation, with its motion detectors, buried sensors, high-speed cameras, night cameras, guards on motorcycles, and barbed wire fences wired to detect anyone touching it etc.)

RTC was at that time the most senior, most powerful and most influential organization in all of Scientology. All at RTC were Sea Org members, as are all at the base. But because of RTC’s position, we were the elite at the base.

11. In March 1983, I became the Deputy Inspector General, External, and a member of the Board of Directors for RTC, as Treasurer. (The only other board members were Warren McShane as Secretary and Vicki Aznaran as President, during this time.) At the time I was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of RTC I was forced to sign an undated letter of resignation. This is standard practice with all Scientology board members and is another means by which the Scientology corporations are controlled while giving the appearance of corporate integrity.

12. In that capacity for the next few years, I traveled about the US and outside of the US on behalf of RTC. I traveled to Germany, Italy, Australia, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Mexico and Canada, with several trips to some of these countries. These trips were to put together an infrastructure that would then interface with RTC for the purpose of trademarks. I became familiar with the law with regard to each area, interviewed and approved law firms, and put the personnel in place that would report to RTC and be our on-the-ground representatives in dealing with the attorneys etc.

13. When Hubbard died in 1986, there was a power struggle in Scientology for the next 18 or so months that resulted in Hubbard’s closest and most powerful aide (Pat Broeker) being removed. The power was taken over by David Miscavige who purged the organization of anyone who was friendly with Broeker. In mid-1987, I was removed from my position and put under armed guard at Happy Valley, a property the organization owns that is a few miles west of Gold and located deep in the Soboba Indian Reservation. I assume the undated resignation I provided on being appointed to the Board was then dated and used to make it appear that I had resigned, when I had not. After a few months, it was decided that I would not escape and I was given various jobs at Gold but kept under watch. My pay was standard Sea Org pay, $24 per week.

14. I should clarify why I (and others) tolerated such treatment for so long. The ability to tolerate such abusive conditions and treatment are one of the most basic requirements for promotion in the Sea Organization and RTC. We were selected and promoted because we vowed such loyalty and demonstrated it daily. Not unlike a military unit, it is the ability of the Sea Org member to take orders, carry out the assignment and to tolerate self-degrading conditions that ingratiates them to their seniors and to the system. That was why I was promoted so highly and why I then tolerated more. Looking back on it, I cannot believe that I actually tolerated such denigration and such abuse and actually deluded myself that it was for my good as well as the good of others.

15. In late 1991, my wife Monika became pregnant and although we were elated, she was ordered to abort the child. The reason for the abortion order is that Sea Org members were not allowed to have children. The order devastated both my wife and me. Our dedication as Sea Org members clashed violently with our intentions as parents and we went through a personal nightmare with me opposing it, to no avail. She got the abortion and afterwards she was not the same. She was devastated at the impact of what she did and that was when she told me she wanted to leave. We fled, with the organization close behind us, trying to find us. They finally did and convinced us to return so we could “leave properly.”

16. Once they had us again behind the barbwire and watched by security, my wife was threatened that if we did not sign certain papers, she would no longer be able to see her father and her sister, who were both in the Sea Organization.

17. This is another coercive power that the organization wields. Like a police state, it can order and enforce family members to alter their relations, and even get them to turn against each other. Monika and I knew that if the organization said she would be kept from her father and sister (by control over them), that she would not again be able to talk to them or see them, let alone visit. This is called “disconnection” in Scientology. We agreed to sign the papers and were able to leave.

18. On July 26, 1998, one of the cult’s attorneys sent a long fax to Dan Leipold that is their first not-so-veiled threat to me, warning me to be silent. The attorney included the document they prepared for me and that I signed under the conditions I just described. I am attaching his letter and the documents I was forced to sign under duress as my first evidence of what this criminal cult does to silence anyone speaking out. (Exhibit 1). It does not surprise me, as it is a standard tactic, to force a person to create or sign a self-damaging document to use when ready.

19. I have also been privy to the destruction and alteration of documents to protect the group. On or about April of 1983 I was present at a meeting, which took place in Los Angeles, California at a Scientology office called Author Services, Inc. (ASI). ASI presented itself as the “literary agency” for Hubbard but it was actually the top of the Scientology empire at that time. All of Scientology was being directed from ASI in 1982. ASI was where various Scientology corporations went to receive orders.

20. Present at the meeting was David Miscavige, then the chairman of the board of ASI, Vicki Aznaran then the Deputy Inspector General of Religious Technology Center, (RTC) and Lymon Spurlock, who was “Director of Client Affairs” for ASI. Mr. Miscavige expressed concern at this meeting that there might possibly be a raid on Scientology by the IRS. At that time, none of the churches of Scientology had received tax exempt status.

21. One principle reason why tax exempt status had not been granted was the IRS’s position that Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard (LRH) was actually the managing agent of Scientology in complete disregard of the corporate structure of Scientology. We knew this to be a fact but also knew that it violated IRS rules and thus had to be hidden.

22. There was concern that the IRS would obtain the hundreds of daily, weekly and monthly LRH orders written by Mr. Hubbard and distributed throughout Scientology. These orders were commonly referred to in Scientology as “advices” to avoid the appearance that LRH was actually running Scientology. In fact, LRH was running Scientology. The principle concern expressed at this meeting was that the LRH orders or “advices” would be used to name L. Ron Hubbard as the managing agent of Scientology.

23. Because of an already existing fear that an LRH “advice” might fall into the wrong hands, these orders from him were written in a way that we could deny it was from him. His name was not on them. He was never cited in the dispatch except in the third person. There was no signature and a salutation in reply was never more than “Dear Sir.” The routing at the top referred to him merely as “*,” an asterisk. However if a person (or an agency) got enough of these, there would be little doubt that we were in touch with Hubbard (via ASI) and he was telling us and each corporation what to do to make him more money.

24. David Miscavige specifically stated that ASI was “already dealing with the problem”, ridding ASI of any documents that would implicate L. Ron Hubbard as managing agent of Scientology. He stated that under his directive the LRH orders, or “advices”, were being collected and transferred by truck to a Riverside County recycling plant where the documents were to be “pulped”. This method of destruction was considered to be better than shredding. I was also given instructions that I was in charge of purging the remainder of the Scientology organization of LRH orders. This was to include Church of Scientology of California (CSC); Church of Scientology International (CSI); and RTC.

25. Several weeks after this first meeting I attended a second meeting at the ASI offices concerning the continuing destruction of Scientology corporate documentation. In attendance at the second meeting were David Miscavige, Lymon Spurlock, Vicki Aznaran, Norman Starkey and Marty Rathburn. At this meeting, David Miscavige for the first time stated that Scientology had been ordered by a court to produce various documents concerning a former Scientology member named Lawrence Wollersheim who had a lawsuit pending in Los Angeles against the Church of Scientology of California. The court had ordered Scientology to produce Mr. Wollersheim’s entire “preclear” (PC) file.

26. A “PC ” file is one of several files kept on members. The PC file is the file that includes all written records of all “confessionals” done by the member. This means that it includes not only the most self-damaging material but it also reflects every problem the person might have had with the organization, including complaints. This PC file grows with the person’s tenure in Scientology.

27. Mr. Wollersheim’s PC file was several thousand pages in length and stood as high as a six-foot tall man. Initially at this meeting it was decided that Mr. Wollersheim’s PC file would be redacted and culled of any evidence or documentation which might assist Mr. Wollersheim in his lawsuit against CSC. There was also concern that the materials known as Clear, OT I, OT II, OT III and NED for OT’s (NOTS) would be open to public inspection if Mr. Wollersheim’s files were produced as ordered. Scientologists are taught that a person could catch pneumonia and die if that person is prematurely exposed to these “upper level” materials without first having taken many hours of preparatory auditing. Ultimately, approximately 50 pages were produced pursuant to the court order. Mr. Wollersheim’s PC file was culled based on a direct order from David Miscavige.

28. Later, I was informed that a second court order was issued to produce Mr. Wollersheim’s entire file. Faced with the prospect of having to produce the entire file David Miscavige gave orders that the entire file simply be destroyed by being pulped.

29. Pursuant to Mr. Miscavige’s orders I ordered Rick Aznaran to take Mr. Wollersheim’s PC files to the recycling plant in Riverside to be pulped. Several hours after I gave the order to have Mr. Wollersheim’s PC files destroyed, Mr. Aznaran returned and confirmed that the records had been pulped and even showed me a small bottle of pulped material, saying “Here’s what’s left.”

30. The material that David Miscavige ordered destroyed and which Rick Aznaran had pulped was the same material that the court had ordered produced in Mr. Wollersheim’s Los Angeles court case against CSC.

31. In early 1983 I attended a meeting at Scientology’s ASI office in Los Angeles. In attendance at this meeting were David Miscavige, Lymon Spurlock, Vicki Aznaran, Patricia Brice and Edith Buchele. The meeting concerned Scientology copyrights. In particular, David Miscavige stated that Scientology was “in trouble” concerning the copyright status of the many published materials of founder L Ron Hubbard. Concern was expressed that many of Mr. Hubbard’s published materials had become ‘public domain” because the materials had not been registered with the United States Copyright office for many years. David Miscavige stated that Scientology had failed to register copyrights for thousands of pages of Scientology material written by Mr. Hubbard. These records included the numerous policy letters and bulletins published by Mr. Hubbard. In particular, Mr. Hubbard published “Policy Letters” (always published in green ink on white paper and intended as administrative directives) LRH ED’s (Executive Directives) which are used for various topics, (always issued as blue ink on white paper) and “Technical Bulletins” published with red ink on white paper covering technical aspect of Scientology such as Auditing techniques, Policy and Ethics.

32. At the same meeting in early 1983 David Miscavige specifically ordered Patricia Brice (who at the time was L. Ron Hubbard’s personal secretary and an employee of ASI) to begin the process of mass copyright registration filings for all of L. Ron Hubbard’s materials. This order was given despite the fact that Mr. Miscavige was already aware that many of the materials in question were already in the public domain. Thus, I know from personal knowledge that in mid 1983 Scientology began a massive program to register Mr. Hubbard’s material with the United State’s Copyright office.

33. Based on my many years of reading and studying Scientology directives including my time as a “Co-Audit Supervisor” and “Inspector General Cramming Officer” I became intimately familiar with the content, form, manner of distribution and publication of Scientology works and directives including the works of L. Ron Hubbard. As a Cramming Officer it was my job to insure that those who employ Scientology “tech” properly adhere to the official guidelines adopted by Scientology.

34. I was requested by counsel for Mr. Wollersheim to review the exhibits to BPI’s renewed motion for summary judgement. These were contained in more than 20 banker’s boxes.

In reviewing these boxes of exhibits I selected out documents at random to inspect. The chart below explains the result of my examination of certain of the exhibits. In examining the plaintiff’s exhibits I compared the alleged LRH originals submitted by the plaintiff’s as exhibits to some early editions of Scientology compilations which contains the policy issues in question. I employed a “1st edition” of the Organization Executive Course, and a “First printing of the Scientology Technical Bulletins for comparison to what BPI has claimed are the LRH originals.

35. I have attached hereto copies of various LRH materials that were published by Scientology in the early 1970’s that prove conclusively that the copy right notices on BPI’s purported “LRH originals” were not present then, but placed on the “originals” at a later date.

36. The above chart documents my observations in reviewing the documents that I selected at random to review. The important points that I believe the Court should note with reference to these documents are as follows:

1. Exhibits B-1289; 1290; 1291; 1292 and 1293 contain a 1953 copyright notice. However, the copyright registrations submitted by BPI are for a compilation published in 1955.

2. Exhibits B4; B-94 and B-215 all contain copyright notices from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s that contain notations to CSI. CSI is the Church of Scientology International, which did not come into existence until 1981. Therefore, either BPI’s “originals” are not originals as claimed, or the copyright notices were placed on these documents long after they were published. (Exhibits 2, 3 and 4 attached hereto).

3. Exhibits B-59; B-369; and B-371 contain copyright notices from 1958. However, when these originals are compared to first printings or first editions of compilations put out by Scientology in the 1970’s, these copyright notices are not present, indicating that they were placed in the “originals” subsequent to the compilations being published. (Exhibits 5-7).

37. Based on my knowledge gained as a staff member of Scientology, including my assignment as “Chief Cramming Officer” and based on my examination of the exhibits submitted by BPI in support of their renewed motion for summary judgment, it appears that numerous “originals” submitted by BPI are not originals at all and that copyright notices were placed on documents long after publication back-dating them to the date of publication.

1. J’ai plus de dix-huit ans et j’habite actuellement dans le Minnesota, Comté de Hennepin. Cette déclaration est faite en vertu de mon savoir personnel et si l’on me demande de témoigner sur les faits ci-après, je le pourrai et serai en mesure de le faire avec compétence.

Je suis tout à fait familiarisé avec l’organisation, le mouvement et les croyances scientologiques du fait que j’y suis resté durant seize ans (1976-1992) et que j’y ai servi aux postes les plus importants, y compris second du RTC – Centre de Technologie Religieuse [direction globale de la secte, ndt]. J’étais alors “Député Inspecteur Général Externe”, ce qui veut dire que j’avais la responsabilité de toutes les activités hors du corps scientologue proprement dit. Cela comprend tout litige de la part ou contre toute organisation scientologique, le renseignement (espionnage, opérations cachées) contre tout “ennemi” perçu ou imaginaire (ce qui va des critiques aux médias et aux tribunaux), les enregistrements des droits d’auteur, le fait de licencier ces droits et marques à d’autres organisations scientologiques – ce qui constituait la manière de contrôler au plus près toutes les entités légales scientologiques tout en créant une fausse impression d’intégrité des divers corps.

3. Il incombe à tout tribunal ainsi qu’aux autorités de bien réaliser la masse de tromperie, chicanerie, mensonge, manipulation et criminalité pure et simple qu’emploiera la scientologie pour cacher les faits mêmes de ses crimes. Ils y dépenseront autant d’argent qu’il le faudra: je le sais pour en avoir fait partie des années durant. J’ai reçu des ordres de violer la loi. J’ai donné des ordres qu’on viole la loi. J’ai fait violer les lois à d’autres, puis je les ai aidés à camoufler ces activités criminelles exactement de la façon dont ils le font.

4. Cette tactique est en réalité l’une des plus coercitives utilisées par la hiérarchie scientologique: impliquer ses membres dans des actes criminels pour lesquels ils peuvent être poursuivis, ce qui les empèche dès lors de parler. Même lorsque l’adepte réussit à fuir, il craindra de parler en justice ou aux officiels, ayant lui-même participé à ces crimes. En outre, l’organisation use de tactiques maffieuses pour menacer tout ancien membre, au cas où la hiérarchie craint son témoignage. Si l’ex-membre parle, l’organisation prétendra ne rien savoir et accusera l’individu, le qualifiant de criminel alors que cette personne n’a rien fait d’autre que suivre les ordres en raison de la pression exercée.

5. Les membres de la scientologie sont poussés à confesser des actes qui, même s’ils ne sont pas carrément criminels, sont génants et pourraient détruire son emploi, son mariage ou sa profession. Exemples: vol dans les magasins, adultère, masturbation, usage de drogue. On exige que l’adepte écrive ces faits de sa main, sous prétexte de “confession religieuse”, soi-disant pour le “bien” de cette personne. Ces “confessions” sont conservées aux fins de chantage et extorsion, au cas où le membre parlerait. On le force aussi à signer des documents l’impliquant personnellement tout en protégeant l’organisation, au cas où l’adepte s’en irait et oserait parler. Je le sais pour l’avoir vu faire à d’autres, pour l’avoir moi-même demandé à d’autres, et pour l’avoir fait moi-même. C’est pourquoi je demande respectueusement à ce tribunal de reconnaître les tactiques scientologues et de les traîter pour ce qu’elles sont: tromperie criminelle afin de leurrer le tribunal à n’importe quel prix.

6. J’ai fui la scientologie depuis cinq ans, je me suis tu, car je voulais me recréer une existence différente, loin de leur contrôle obsessionnel, et il m’a fallu rassembler beaucoup de force pour y parvenir. Il y a une quinzaine, j’ai voulu savoir ce qu’il advenait du monde scientologue et me suis servi d’Internet pour enquèter. J’ai été très surpris d’y découvrir d’anciens amis ayant également quitté la secte, et les conflits en cours devant les tribunaux. J’ai contacté l’une de ces amies (Stacy Young) qui fut très proche dans la secte des années durant; elle m’a raconté ce qui se passait, en particulier tous les anciens membres dévoués à faire connaître les abus et la criminalité.

7. Ayant été au coeur des affaires, elle m’a mis en contact avec l’avocat Dan Liepold de Santa Ana, Californie; je lui ai rendu visite. Après avoir parlé à Me Leipold et à d’autres, je me suis rendu compte que ce niveau de tromperie criminelle ne pouvait se perpétuer sans rencontrer d’opposition. Je ne pouvais plus me taire, quel que soit le terrorisme exercé. J’ai offert au Tribunal de démontrer comment la scientologie fonctionne vis à vis des marques , des droits d’auteur et des tribunaux. J’encours donc le risque d’une campagne de haine de la part que cette pseudo-religion lancera contre moi, comme elle le fit à l’encontre d’autres gens, y compris des juges.

8. Commençons par quelques informations sur mon passé de scientologue. J’ai rencontré la scientologie en septembre 1976 à San Francisco. Fin 76, je me suis engagé dans le coprs para-militaire d’élite connus sous le nom de ‘Sea Org’ (organisation maritime). La Sea Org est le coeur même de l’empire scientologue. Le personnel Sea Org a plein pouvoir pour prendre le coçntrôle de toute organisation scientologique et d’en démettre du personnel, d’en modifier les comptes bancaires, et de faire fonctionner cette organisation comme si les employés Sea Org s’y trouvaient employés ou en étaient fondés de pouvoir, alors qu’ils ne le sont pas.

Cela se produit lorsque l’organisation fait partie de “L’Eglise de Scientologie”, ou qu’il s’agit d’une zone séculière (laïque) telle que Bridge Publications. Ceci n’est possible qu’en raison du fait que le seul personnel admis à encadrer ces organisations se compose de ceux qui sont pleinement d’accord sur le fait que la Sea Org est l’organisation de commandement suprème. Ce procédé d’élimination garantit qu’il n’y aura pas de cadres résistant ou protégeant l’intégrité de leur affaire. C’est ainsi que la Sea Org peut impunément opérer et continuer à se déclarer “organisation confraternelle” – à la manière de la Cosa Nostra.

9. Avant mon recrutement au RTC (Centre de Technologie religieuse) en 1982, j’ai surtout exercé au moyen des techniques scientologiques, techniques codifiées qui sont utilisées dans l’organisation. Ceci m’a considérablement familiarisé avec le matériau, dont l’essentiel est l’oeuvre du fondateur de la scientologie, L. Ron Hubbard. C’est cette expertise qui m’a fait choisir pour tenir un poste au sein du RTC.

10. On m’a transféré alors aux “Golden Era Studios”, près de Hemet, Californie, où j’ai alors habité et travaillé. C’est aussi appelé “Gold” ou “La Base”. La présence de RTC est tout à fait connue à Gold, mais tout y est caché aux gens qui n’en font pas partie, afin que Gold semble n’être qu’un studio de production, alors qu’il ne s’agit que d’une façade destinée à protéger et cacher la structure véritable de pouvoir de la scientologie, pour qu’on ne puisse lui délivrer d’assignations à comparaître. (Le système de sécurité convient tout à fait à une organisation militaire ultra-secrète, avec des détecteurs de mouvement, des senseurs enterrés, des caméras haute vitesse, des caméras avec vision de nuit, des gardes à moto, des barbelés qui détectent tout mouvement, etc).

RTC était à l’époque l’organisation la plus puissante, la plus élevée dans la hiérarchie et la plus influente des organisations scientologues. Tous ses membres étaient membres de la Sea Org. De ce fait, nous étions l’élite de la Base.

11. En Mars 1983, je devins Député Inspecteur Général Extérieur, membre du Conseil d’Administration de RTC et Trésorier. (Uniques autres membres : Warren Mc Shane, secrétaire, Vicky Aznaran, Présidente à l’époque). Lorsque l’on m’a nommé membre de RTC, j’ai dû signer une lettre de démission non datée. C’est une pratique normale pour tous les membres de Conseils scientologues, constituant un autre moyen destiné à contrôler les corporations scientologiques tout en leur laissant une apparence d’intégrité légale.

12. A ce poste, j’ai voyagé aux USA et à l’étranger pour le compte du RTC. Je suis allé en Allemagne, Italie, Australie, Royaume-Uni, Danemark, Mexique et Canada, parfois à plusieurs reprises. Ces voyages avaient pour but de créer des infrastructures servant d’interface avec le RTC en matière de marques commerciales. Je suis donc familiarisé avec la loi dans chacune de ces pays, où je me suis entretenu avec des cabinets d’avocats dont j’approuvais les documents, et j’y ai placé du personnel en mesure de faire les rapports au RTC, personnel servant de représentant sur place dans les affaires légales etc.

13. Lorsqu’Hubbard mourut en 1986, il y eut un lutte de pouvoir au sein de la scientologie durant quelques 18 mois, ayant pour effet l’expulsion de l’assistant d’Hubbard le plus puissant alors, Pat Broeker. Le pouvoir fut pris par David Miscavige qui purgea alors l’organisation de tous ceux qui étaient amis de Pat Broeker. A mi-87, on m’ôta de mon psote et on m’emprisonna à “Happy Valley”, propriété de l’organisation située quelques kms à l’Ouest de Gold, largement dans l’enclave de la Réserve Indienne de Soboba. Je suppose que la résignation que j’avais écrite lors de ma nomination au Conseil d’Administration fut alors utilisée pour faire croire que j’avais démissionné, alors que ce n’était pas le cas. Quelques mois plus tard, il était décidé que je m’enfuirais, on me donna diverses tâches à Gold, mais sous bonne garde. Je touchais la paye ordinaire de la Sea Org, 140 F par seminae (24$).

14. Il me faut clairifier pourquoi j’ai (ou d’autres ont) toléré un tel traitement aussi longtemps. L’aptitude à supporter des conditions et un traîtement aussi abusif fait partie d’une des exigences les plus nettes dans la Sea Org et du RTC. Nous étions sélectionnés et promus en raison de notre loyauté et tolérance démontrées jour après jour. C’est l’aptitude d’un membre de la Sea Org à recevoir les ordres, les éxécuter, tolérer des conditions dégradantes pour l’être qui donne de la valeur vis à vis des supérieurs et du système. C’est pourquoi on m’a promu aussi haut, pourquoi j’en ai toléré davantage encore. Si je revois ceci, je ne peux croire que j’ai réellement supporté un tel avilissement , une tel abus, et à quel point je me suis trompé sur ce qui était bon pour moi et pour les autres.

15. Fin 1991, ma femme Monika tomba enceinte. Malgré notre exaltation à cette idée, on lui ordonna de se faire avorter: en effet, on n’autorise pas les membres de la Sea Org à avoir des enfants. cet ordre nous désespéra tous deux. Notre dévouement à la Sea Org était en complète contradiction avec notre désir d’avoir un enfant. En dépit de notre cauchemar et de ma résistance à cet ordre, cela fut fait. Monika fut totalement abattue par le contrecoup de ce qu’elle subissait, et c’est alors qu’elle m’annonça son désir de partir. Nous fuîmes, avec l’organisation à nos trousses cherchant à nous récupérer. Ils y parvinrent et nous convainquirent de revenir afin que nous “partions convenablement”.

16. Dès que nous fûmes à nouveau derrière les barbelés et les gardes, c’est sous la menace de ne plus revoir son père et sa soeur (également membres de la Sea Org) que Monika dût signer certains documents.

17. Voilà donc une autre méthode de pression que cache l’organisation. Tout comme dans les états policiers, elle peut ordonner et imposer à ses membres de ne plus avoir de relations familiales, voire, de se retourner contre la famille. Monika et moi savions que si elle le dsirait, l’organisation pourrait la tenir à l’écart de son père et de sa soeur (grâce aux contrôle exercé sur eux), si bien qu’elle ne pourrait plus les voir ni leur rendre visite. Ceci s’appelle “déconnection” en scientologie Nous avons accepté de signer les papiers et avons pu partir.

18. Le 26 juillet 1998, l’un des avocats de la secte expédia un long fax à Dan Liepold, pour m’obliger au silence; ce n’était pas leur première menace voilée à mon encontre. L’avocat de la scientologie avait inclus les documents qu’ils m’avaient fait signer, que j’avais accepté de signer sous les conditions ci-dessus. J’inclus cette lettre et les documents que j’ai été forcé à signer sous contrainte comme première preuve de ce que pratique la secte pour faire taire ceux qui voudraient parler. (pièce jointe n°1). Cela ne me surprend pas, puisqu’il s’agit d’une tactique courante de créer ou faire signer un document mettant la personne en cause, document qu’on utilisera en cas de besoin.

19. J’ai aussi assisté à la destruction et à l’altération de documents pour la protection du groupe. Vers Avril 83, j’étais présent lors d’une réunion à Los Angeles, Californie, au bureau scientologique d’A.S.I. (Société de Services à l’Auteur). ASI se présentait comme “agent littéraire” pour Hubbard, mais c’était en réalité la tête de l’empire hubbardien à cette époque. Toute la scientologie était dirigée depuis ASI. C’est à ASI que diverses entités scientologues venaient prendre leurs ordres.

20. David Miscavige était présent lors de cette réunion – il était alors patron d’ASI, ainsi que Vicky Aznaran, qui tenait le poste de Député Inspecteur Général du RTC et Lymon Spurlock, “Directeur des affaires de Clientèle” pour ASI. M. Miscavige s’est inquiété lors de ce rassemblement de la possibilité d’une descente du FBI sur la scientologie. Aucune des églises n’avait encore reçu le statut d’exemption d’impôt aux USA.

21. Une des causes de principe ayant empèché cet accord d’exemption par l’IRS venait du fait que le fondateur de la scientologie, Hubbard, était en fait agent dirigeant de l’organisation , en complète contradiction avec les statuts légaux. Nous savions pertinemment que cela violait les règles de l’IRS et qu’il fallait le cacher.

22. On s’inquiétait du fait que l’IRS puisse obtenir des centaines d’ordres quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels écrits par Hubbard et distribués dans toute la scientologie. Ces ordres étaient en général appelés des “conseils” afin d’éviter qu’ils ne fassent apparaître le commandement scientologique exercé par Hubbard. C’était le fait que ces ordres et “conseils” puissent servir pour démontrer le commandement exercé qui constituait le coeur du problème.

23.Comme on craignait déjà qu’un “avis” de LRH ne puisse tomber en de mauvaises mains, ses ordres étaient écrits de façon à pouvoir nier qu’ils émanaient de lui. Son nom n’y apparaissait pas. Il n’était jamais cité, sauf à la troisième personne. Il n’y avait pas de signature et les réponses qu’on faisait ne portaient qu’un “Dear Sir” – Cher Monsieur. L’envoi ne comportait qu’un simple “*” astérisque pour le routage. Néanmoins, si quelqu’un mettait son nez là-dedans, il serait fort peu resté de doutes quant au fait que nous étions en communication avec Hubbard via ASI., et qu’il nous disait , à nous et à toutes les entités, comment faire plus d’argent pour son compte.

24. David Miscavige déclara précisément qu’ASI “s’occupait déjà du problème” en se débarrassant de tous les documents impliquant le commandement exercé par Hubbard sur la scientologie. Il annonça qu’il avait ordonné que les “conseils” et ordres de LRH soient rassemblés et expédiés par camion dans une usine de recyclage du Comté de Riverside, où les documents seraient mis en pâte, méthode paraît-il meilleure que le simple déchiquetage. Je reçus des instructions afin de débarrasser les autres organisations scientologues des ordres de LRH. Ceci incluait la CSC (église de scientologie de Californie), la CSI (église de scientologie, Internationale) et le RTC.

25. Plusieurs semaines après, je fus convié à une seconde réunion au sujet de la poursuite de la destruction de la documentation concernant l’organigramme légal des entités. Etaient présents: David Miscavige, Lymon Spurlock, Vicky Aznaran, Norman Starkey et Marty Rathbun. Nous apprîmes de Miscavige qu’un tribunal avait ordonné pour la première fois de produire des documents concernant un ancien membre de la scientologie nommé Lawrence Wollersheim, qui était en procès contre l’église de scientologie de Californie (CSC). La Cour avait ordonné la production du dossier de “préclair” complet de M. Wollersheim.

26. Un “dossier de préclair” n’est que l’un des dossiers conservés au sujet des membres. Le dossier de pc contient les enregistrements écrits de toutes les “confessions” faites par l’adepte. Cela signifie qu’il contient non seulement les choses les plus génantes, mais qu’il indique aussi les problèmes qu’une personne peut avoir avec l’organisation, y compris ses réclamations. Ce dossier de préclair grossit au fur et à mesure de l’avancée en scientologie.

27. Le dossier de M. Wollersheim contenait plusieurs milliers de pages, et faisait 1,80 d’épaisseur. Au début de cette réunion, il fut décidé que ce dossier serait rédigé et arrangé afin de faire disparaître toute preuve ou document pouvant assister M. Wollersheim lors de son procès contre la CSC. On s’inquiétait aussi du fait que des matériaux confidentiels des niveaux Clair, OT 1, OT2, OT 3 et ‘NED pour OTs” seraient accessibles pour inspection publique au cas où l’on produirait bel et bien les dossiers. On enseigne aux scientologues qu’on peut mourir de pneumonie si l’on apprend, sans une très longue préparation, ce que contiennent ces niveaux secrets. En définitive, nous produisîmes une cinquantaine de pages au tribunal. Le dossier de M. Wollersheim fut purgé sur ordre expresse de David Miscavige.

28. On m’informa par la suite qu’un second ordre du tribunal exigeait de produire tout le dossier de M. Wollersheim. Face à cette menace, David Miscavige donna ordre de réduire tout le dossier à l’état de pâte à papier.

29. Toujours sur ordre de David Miscavige, j’ai ordonné à Ricky Aznaran de prendre les dossiers de M. Wollersheim et de les amener à l’usine de recyclage de Riverside pour qu’ils soient ainsi détruits. Quelques heures plus tard, M. Aznaran revint et confirma que les dossiers avaient été mis en pâte et me montra même une petite bouteille en disant “voilà ce qu’il en reste”.

30. Le matériel dont David Miscavige avait ordonné la destruction et que Ricky Aznaran avait fait réduire en pâte était celui que le tribunal avait ordonné de produire dans le procès Wollersheim contre CSC à Los Angeles.

31. Début 1983, j’ai assisté à une réunions au bureau scientologue d’ASI de Los Angeles. S’ytrouvaient: David Miscavige, Lymon Spurlock, Vicky Aznaran, Patricia Brice et Edith Buchele. Il avait trait aux droits d’auteur (copyrights) de la scientologie. David Miscavige indiqua entre autres que le scientologie avait des “problèmes” à propos du statut des droits d’auteur de nombreux matériaux publiés par Hubbard en train de devenir “matériaux publics” du fait qu’ils n’avaient pas été enregistrés durant des années au bureau des Copyrights des USA. David Miscavige indiqua que la scientologie avait omis de faire enregistrer les copyrights de milliers de pages de matériaux scientologiques écrits par Hubbard. Ceci comprenait nombre de Lettres de Règlements et Bulletins publiés par LRH. Hubbard écrivait différents documents, dont les “Policy Letters, ou Lettres de Règlements” – imprimées en vert sur blanc; des ‘LRH EDs’ ou Directives de l’Exécutif de LRH, utilisées pour diverses causes (imprimées en bleu sur blanc) et des “Bulletins Techniques ou HCOBs” au sujet des aspects techniques de la scientologie, des technologies d’audition, des règlements et d’éthique.

32. A cette même réunion, David Miscavige ordonna spécifiquement à Patricia Brice (qui était alors secrétaire personnelle d’Hubbard et employée par l’ASI) de commencer à procéder à l’enregistrement en masse de toutes les oeuvres d’Hubbard. Ceci fut ordonné en dépit du fait que M. Miscavige savait déjà que nombre de ces matériaux faisaient déjà partie du domaine public. Je sais donc personnellement qu’au début 1983, la scientologie entama un vaste programme destiné à enregistrer l’oeuvre de M. Hubbard au Bureau des Enregistrements des Copyrights pour les USA.

33. Compte tenu des nombreuses années passées à lire les directives scientologiques, dont le temps passé comme “Superviseur de la Co-audition” [audition d’étudiants en tandem, ndt] et comme “Inspecteur Général Officier de Repèchage”, je connais très bien le contenu, la forme, la distribution et la publication des oeuvres et des directives scientologiques, y compris celles de Ron Hubbard. En tant qu’officier de Repèchage, ma tâche consistait à m’assurer que ceux qui utilisaient la “technologie” scientologue collent parfaitement aux directives officielles de la scientologie.

34. Le conseiller de M. Wollersheim m’a demandé de revoir les pièces BPI (émission au grand public, ndt) jointes aux fins de la révision de la demande de jugement sommaire. Elles occupaient plus de 20 cartons. En parcourant ces boites de pièces, j’ai choisi des documents au hasard pour les inspecter. Le tableau ci-après explique le résultat de cet examen de certaines pièces. Lors de l’examen des pièces du plaingnant M. Wollersheim, j’ai comparé les originaux supposés de LRH à certaines éditions antérieures dans une compilation contenant ces mêmes documents. J’ai utilisé une “Edition n° 1” de l’OEC, le “Cours d’Organisation pour Cadres” de la scientologie pour comparaison avec ce que “BPI ” dit être des originaux de LRH.

35. J’ai joint ici des copies des diverses pièces de matériaux de LRH qui furent publiées par la scientologie au début des années 70, prouvant de façon évidente que les notices de copyright sur les documents supposés “originaux” n’étaient pas présentes, mais avaient été ajoutées comme “originaux” postérieurement.

36. Ce tableau documente les observations que j’ai pu faire à l’examen des documents choisis au hasard. A ce propos, je pense que le Tribunal devrait noter ce qui suit:

1. Les pièces B-1289; 1290; 1291; 1292 and 1293 contiennent une notice de copyright de 1953 . Les enregistrements ont pourtant été exécutés pour une publication de compilation datant de 1955.

2. Les pièces B4; B-94 and B-215 ont des notices des années 50, 60 et 70 parlant de la CSI. La CSI est l’église de scientologie internationale, née en 1981. Par conséquent, ces “originaux” n’en sont pas, ou bien les notices ont été placées sur les documents longtemps après leur publication. (voir pièces 2,3,4 jointes).

3. Les pièces B-59; B-369; and B-371 ont des notices de copyright de 1958. Pourtant, ces originaux comparés à ceux de la première édition des compilations des années 70 n’ont pas ces notices de copyright, ce qui indique qu’elles ont été ajoutées dans les “originaux” après la compilation en question. (Pièces 5 à 7)

4. La pièce B-2 est nettement différente de celle publiée dans le cours OEC d’origine, dans le volume 2, 1ère édition de 70 (Pièce jointe n°8)

5.La pièce fournie à Factnet B-1827 ne ressemble pratiquement pas à l’original BPI.

6. Pièces B-1288; B-214; and C-3. Les originaux BPI ne contiennent pas de notice de copyright.

7. La pièce B-1 montre qu’il s’agit non pas d’un original, mais d’une “publication II”

8. Les pièces B-248, B-249 et B-157 indiquent au début qu’elles ont été publiées ailleurs avant la publication “originale”.

37. En vertu de mes connaissances en tant que membre du staff scientologue, comprenant ma fonction “d’Officier de Repèchage en Chef”, et d’après l’examen des pièces soumises par BPI pour supporter leur demande renouvelée de jugement sommaire, il apparaît que nombre des “originaux” soumis par BPI ne sont pas du tout des originaux et que les notices de copyright ont été ajoutées aux documents bien après la publication, en faussant cette date de copyright;

Le déclarant n’a rien d’autre à ajouter pour l’instant.

The Premier Kathleen Wynne’s swearing-in ceremony on Feb. 11. set a new beginning with her Throne Speech. I met Kathleen personally on a number of occasions and I was truly impressed by her flawless public specking skills, her warm personality and her ability to get the tings done. I am very optimistic and certain that she will set the right social priorities and confidently reach common grounds across the political opponents. Kathleen Wynne’s speech called for a balance between fiscal prudence and social justice, and attempted to define those goals as mutually supporting leading to economic prosperity.

Juan is a son of the well known actress Ofelia Guilmáin and brother of Lucía Guilmáin y Esther Guilmáin. He was married to the famous Mexican actress, Helena Rojo. Ferrara was interested in acting since he was a young child, but it wasn’t until he was 22 that he had his first acting job. He changed his name to Juan Ferrara before playing a small role in the 1965 movie, “Tajimara”. In 1966, he got his first major movie role, as Sonny in Los Angeles de Puebla. Ferrara graduated from Televisa’s – a well known acting school and also a producer that was decided to cast him as a star in his own telenovela, El Espejismo Brillaba. The novel became a major hit across Mexico and Latin America. In 1970, he starred in two extremely successful novels, Yesenia and La Gata. In 1978, Ferrara was in Viviana, another extremely successful novel. He portrayed Julio Montesinos. 1983 proved to be an important career year for Ferrara, as he established himself as an actor in Puerto Rico as well. Hired by Canal 2, he filmed Laura Guzman, Culpable!, a soap opera that became one of Puerto Rico’s most seen television programs ever. Due to the novel’s overwhelming popularity in Puerto Rico, the network decided to bring Ferrara back in 1985, to film a tele-novel called Tanairi. Ferrara starred alongside Von Mari Mendez in this soap opera, which went on to become one of Puerto Rico’s most critically acclaimed television shows of all time, as well as the most expensive tele-novel produced in Puerto Rican history.

Helena Rojo is one of the most popular actresses of the Mexican cinema and TV. Helena has played set of roles at theater and cinema. Pierre mentions that the actress adores travels and loves Europe. She is also an admirer of Elvis Priestly.

Helena Rojo began her career as a model in the early-1960s. Toward the end of the decade, she studied drama with renown Mexican directors Carlos Ancira and José Luis Ibáñez, making her film debut in 1968 in the film El club de los suicidas. That same year, Helena also appeared in her second film, Los amigos. She continued working as a model and appearing in small film roles in the late 60’s and early 70’s.

Helena’s career lead her to work with the most important Mexican film directors of the 1970s and 80’s, such as Felipe Cazals, Arturo Ripstein, Rafael Corkidi, Alberto Bojórquez, Marcela Fernández Violante and Jorge Fons, among others.

Squirreling

The word squirreling has had several meanings and has evolved through the years.

Its original definition and concept still remains the most valid.

A poorly trained auditor is unable to obtain results doing the usual. (typically one or more of the following are present: his TRs are poor, he has MUs, he hasn’t learned the auditor comm. cycle properly, his metering is flubby, he is having case trouble). He dreams up “brand new technology” from the top of his head, and without testing it on anyone, except perhaps himself, seeks to supplant the standard processes with it. He squirrels.

The Church reaction has been to savagely and brutally denounce him and to attack. This always results in the hardening of the Squirrel position and any followers, not the changing of his views. Far from discouraging it,
they end up strengthening it. The way to deal with the squirrel, besides not giving him any endorsement or validation, is to ignore him. His practice will die all on its own from the lack of results and poor word of mouth.

I have now de-politicized the definition of Squirreling. It is now simply defined as the inventing of processes, which violate the fundamentals of auditing, basic Axioms or the structure of the Human Mind. It is generally
a solution to its author’s own problems and his inability or confusions in applying the technology in the first place.

With the thousands upon thousands of legitimate processes in existence, you will need to be reach a pretty Mighty High level of OT before you run out of actions to run. Why rack your brain trying to re-invent the wheel, when it is already right there in front of you ready to be used?

I am not here to debate the legitimacy or illegitimacy of doing other practices. But please don’t call it Scientology or auditing when it isn’t. Call it Squirellogy or Bushology (if your name is Bush) or something else.

What would you think about someone who is teaching the Koran as a way to live and called it Christianity? Or someone playing on ice with a stick and a puck and claiming he is doing “basketball”?

In recent decades CSI* view on Squirrels has tremendously hardened. Labelling someone as a Squirrel has been changed into meaning someone pronounced guilty of the any departure from Tech, according to RTC self-defined standards. It has now become an entirely politicized process.

Happy Valentine’s Day – success story – over 20 years strong!

This is a picture of our wedding night at Fort Harrison Hotel – Flag Service Organization. The wedding reception was organized by Dreyfus who was a Greek by origin and was managing the Hotel Operations at the time. The Church claimed that before becoming staff Dreyfus was a manager at the luxury Waldorf Astoria.

We did not have a honeymoon as my husband was back to work in the very same morning after the wedding at the very same Ford Harrison Hotel where the Class XII HGC was located just across the pool . The wedding reception was organized quickly , actually we had gotten a wedding permit from the state beforehand. Alain Kartuzinski , Class XII had approached us on the Sea Org day suggestively mentioning that if we need a minister to perform our wedding he can volunteer. I am thinking now if that meant that our marriage was “politically correct” and approved by the “inner circle”. This is the way it works in the Sea Org as strangers have a say on private matters like who lives and dies and who gets married and divorced ( disconnected). At lunch break Pierre surprised me with the news that he had contacted the hotel manager and ordered a wedding reception for 10 p.m. I did not have a wedding dress and he did not have a wedding suit. I took his dress white uniform and Mary Pesh helped me to get it ready in a “ship shape” during my dinner break. I remember Mary Pesh as a very fine, fair and impressive woman. I been told by her ex-husband Matt that since she has been sent to RPF , had remarried and left the Church but is still in good standing. My best wishes to her and always.

We did not have wedding preparation , we did not have wedding invitations per say , just announced at the Class XII HGC that everyone is invited. All Class XIIs did present on our wedding , staff , celebrities and other public. Someone from the public had grabbed a video camera and gave us our wedding video as a wedding gift.

Pierre paid for the wedding five star prices with the savings of his Sea Org allowance which was $30/week for working 110 hours. He was Sea Org staff for about 20 years. On many occasions Pierre had to audit till midnight and report to work at 7 a.m. next morning which was basically abusive. This is the Church money making machine where the Church was changing PCs for Pierre’s services at rate up to $1000/hour and treating the auditor as a slave at no pay. He had to audit on the day of our wedding and was still delivering a session flat out till the wedding reception. My wedding rehearsal was 20 minutes before the wedding, the groom was delivering a session to public and was not allowed to leave his post even for this exceptional day in life. Allain Kartuzinsky did the rehearsal 20 minutes before the wedding without the groom and asked me if I want the short or the long wedding ceremony , then briefly went with me through the script. By 10 p.m. Minty Alexander , Class XII was my maid of honor and the groom rushed down the isle to the reception right away after session. A Sea Org staff took me down the isle with Minty Alexander by my side. Few months after we were wed at the Church of Scientology my husband got a written order to “dump me” for their convenience and political agenda. Been told the same person writing this order to split my family was involved later on in Lisa McPherson’s death. This was one of many attempts to destroy my husband’s life by destroying his family.

We do not believe in family disconnection for serving the interests of cult groups ( both in the Church and outside the Church). Now over 20 years later our marriage is still going strong through the ups and downs in life, despite of the abusive attempts to split our family with gossip ( third party) and smear campaigns by evil fanatics both in the Church and their unauthorized offshoots.

People do fall in love and create a family. No religion have a say over your family !

Our best wishes on Valentines day, do fall in love, create a family, raise children and be happy together for many years to come! Count your blessings and always remember the true POWER is in your family.

Thinking outside the box in Scientology

There is a discussion thread on a blog covertly denigrating those holding technical standards by comparing them to obsolete “cold, chrome steal (sic)” cars of the 1950s.

The author main argument is the silly notion that adhering to best practice or keeping proven and accepted standards puts a glass ceiling on Scientology when it does the exact opposite. There are millions of ways to apply the incredible vast array of technology (all of them actually following the tenets of Standard Tech), many generally never conceived by most Independents ,and especially the New Order within the Church itself.

There is an odd concept rampant in the Freezone that if one fails to get the results in spite of never having been properly trained in the first place or being quicky-trained, typically with missing materials, that the poor results one is getting are entirely to blame on the technology and fundamental flaws within it, never on its poor and inexpert application.

If a bridge collapses, do Engineers start challenging the laws laid down by Newton over 300 years ago, or do they look for a misapplication of Enginnering principles or a failure to follow what is recognized as best practice?

If I have spent in excess of 40,000 hours auditing some 5000 cases, I have spent about 20,000 additional hours doing Folder Errors summaries on another 5000 cases. This makes 10,000 cases in Scientology that I have studied,spanning 5 decades. This is very significantly more than the few hundred hours that make some people feel the top experts in the field. I feel quite certain that I have seen by now just about every possible error, squirelling and approach that could be done to address a case. Therefore I know from experience alone what works and does not. I know from mere observation what make people go insane and suffer nervous breakdowns or worse, because I have been called all too often to fix the messes both in the Church and in the Independent Field.

A long and verbose argument has been made by an Independent that people be allowed to philosophize”. There is nothing wrong with people thinking on their own. Scientology is well known to have manufactured more than its share of robots.

But somehow few people among the Leading Independents seem to be able to grasp the concept that it is possible to think freely and yet to adhere to a strict discipline and followed proven and accepted principles. NASA would have never sent a Man on the Moon, or bring back safely on Earth the Astronauts of Apollo 13 if they had not done that.

I keep repeating to people: Contrarily to some of my peers and co-workers, I NEVER ONCE followed technical directives solely because “LRH said so”, but only because it made sense and I could integrate the data within the vast array of knowledge I already possessed. This is largely why I became and remained Flag star Auditor for over a decade: I never sold out my Integrity, no matter what were the pressure or the threats. Nobody ever forced me to think one way or another. I did things because I honestly felt it was the best thing to do.

Therefore I have no reverse pendulum swing to follow and have no need to execute a 360 degree since I was never affected by the obtuseness of tunnel vision or fanaticism.

Invoking Freedom to think as an excuse for exploring blind alleys at the expense of proven achievable results,with the preclear paying for it at the cost of his own sanity, appears to me to be a particularly specious argument.

When an auditor is applying the tech, he is not merely theorizing about the Universe, but applying precise technology that has proven to make people potentially worse when it is misapplied. When you invalidate the strict adherence to a standard by mislabelling an Dogmatism or a prohibition from “Philosophizing”, Quality Control (Cramming) Required Specifications (Case Supervision) end up in the trash heap. When Laws and Standards are discarded Anarchy and Self-proclaimed Gurus rule.

There are hundreds of scholars or people of substantial education that view LRH as luminary in the field of the Mind.

Does any of those Independents actually think they can research and produce better, before they can satisfactorily learn they could do it right in the first place? Do they actually think that a hundred years hence their names will stand in bold letters above LRH own?

LRH repeatedly sought to compare the application of the technology of Dianetics and Scientology to the practice of Engineering.

It appears that few of the Leading Independents have a good grasp about how one goes about applying Engineering and the responsibilities connected with an activity proven to make things worse (or potentially fatal) when it is wrongly done.

What about the concepts of “Best Practice” “Duty of Care” “adhering to Proven Standards” or “Doing what has been proven to work”

There is a world of difference between blindly following Dogma and adhering to methods that thousands of hours of experience have shown to work.

Consider the Ethical implications of treating prospective public like guinea pigs to be experimented on, all too often without their explicit consent.

In the Information Technology World there is a saying about “not re-inventing the wheel” when proven solutions are known to already exist.

Why do so many seem unable to grasp the above simple truths?

My experience with “wheels re-inventors” is that all too often their wheel looks more like a triangle or won’t even spin.

The “musketeer” fought tax increase seeking Russian citizenship

The actor Gerard Depardieu had sought Russian citizenship as part of his battle against a proposed super tax on millionaires in France. The Frenchman has spent a fair bit of time in Russia in recent years, including for the filming of the French-Russian film “Rasputin,” and he expresses an admiration for Putin. But it is Russia’s flat 13 percent income tax that appears to be the biggest draw at the moment as he flees high taxes in France.

France’s new Socialist government tried to raise the tax on income above (euro) 1 million ($1.3 million) to 75 percent from the current 41 percent. That plan was struck down by the highest court, but Budget Minister Jerome Cahuzac said that the government is reworking the law so the superrich will still be asked to pay an elevated rate. He said the government is also considering putting the new tax in place for longer than the two years initially imagined.

OSA Juvenile Funnies

Since David is reading this blog we decided to feature the juvenile behavior of his promoters.

Under this section we will feature the juvenile absurdities published possibly by OSA or affiliates of COS on the internet. On few hate pages along with promotions of “successful” completions in the Church of Scientology, the “promoters” of the Church have posted doctored pictures with absurd claims while otherwise engaging in variety of facebook stalking . If you look at a site featuring articles that lack common sense , you will gain better understanding why people in their right mind and professional capacity are unwilling to associate with an organization that has devolved into a kinder garden.

Below are pictures published by what appears to be OSA operative. who claims that by some reason while Pierre was in Milan , the front door of the Milan Org. was barred with steel bars. This was done around or after Pierre visited the city. We wondered about the reasons of this juvenile argument why would someone want to obstruct the access to the Org. with what appears to be horizontal rigid piece of metal. One suggestion we had was that the steel bars were used so that the visitors trip and their wallets fall into the Church. More feasible sounded the assumption that the building was condemned. In retrospect to the Catholic Cathedral down the streets where the doors were wide open , apparently the Church promoters were claiming that the doors of the Church of Scientology were locked solid to keep parishioners away and the Financial Police was at the door. This led to the following parodies based on comparative analysis and root cause conclusions. Hope you have some laugh. ” The blind is leading the blind”

On the wrong side of the “Berlin” wall.

What is the price of Freedom you are willing to pay if you end up on the wrong side of the Berlin wall? The condition of being free relates to the power to act or speak or think without externally imposed restraints. So if we have to define free society is not as a society where people are free to do what they wish, but as one in which we freely choose to surrender certain behaviors in exchange for the benefits of living within that society. But spiritual freedom brings us in a whole new realm beyond the existing physical limitations.

True spiritual freedom is realizing that one can have rewarding and fulfilling life existence without the boundaries and the repression of the group. An individual truly grows down the path of spiritual discovery in seeking the truth as he/she gets closer to the answers of true meaning of life and self existence.

True spiritual freedom is accompanied with release from the bonds of restrictive groups and gaining the ability to think for yourself without guilt. The power to move beyond the spiritual dogma enables you to pursue spiritual growth and knowledge in the absence of fear and unhealthy restraints, ties, and obligations. The true power is to exercise our personal liberty in our spiritual journey to find our purpose and fulfill our destiny in this lifetime.

To become truly free one has to be able to move beyond the obstacles of the brick walls without a remorse from the boundaries of a group that has regressed into opposing spiritual freedom and true human values like respect, kindness, understanding and honest and open communication.

If you truly want to be free It is time to climb over the “Berlin” wall!

WARNING – OSA & the same old, same old

WARNING FROM ADMIN – OLD NEWS IN A NEW TUNE – Promoting the enemy lines of the Church , cowardly individuals have been stalking and circulating emails and other communication to provoke hatred with altered posts of warped and perverted communication seeking to attribute them to Pierre. In most cases this is significantly altered and embellished communication that is coming from individuals who are afraid to use their own names and make the above hate distributions under variety of handles. The negative information and critiques about the Corporate Church of Scientology and DM, as well as their vested interests and relations have been “conveniently” cropped out and/or omitted in order to alter the essence of the meaning and the context. One can easily establish to the author of such a hate propaganda and their ulterior motives pointing to OSA agenda. This propaganda is targeted to enterbulate and manipulate unstable crowd with no good purpose in life. At the same time when we are seeking to promote inner peace, joy and kindness , there are people who promote hatred, disconnection and fairgame. Be aware of impersonations, fraudulent misrepresentations and collecting your private information under false pretense by the very same covert individuals.

Below is a fresh reminder about the kind of abuse Pierre (working 110 hours a week at no pay) and other Sea Org members had to endure while being used as some sort of a slave labor by the Church. What is actually puzzling that instead of helping to comfort dying and terminally ill Scientologists (link), the Church spends the donations of their parishioners on vexatious litigation (see below the example with Debbie Cook) and other scare tactics. This is NOT “The Way to Happiness”!

Overcoming life`s ups and downs

The true objective of life is to attain wisdom through experience. This cannot be accomplished by giving in to the difficulties of life, but only by overcoming them. There is no assurance that you shall have an easy time and be happy ever afterwards. Yet, the true rewards are not made to those who fail in life’s battle, but to those who overcome the obstacles of life.

It is common phenomena that the majority of people are after an easy life, a good time, freedom from responsibilities and care. But it seems that in spite of all their seeking of superficial things in life, they can never find what they desire. There is always a deep emptiness in their fundamental feelings of pleasure, something that robs them of true happiness; or, possibly, combinations of circumstances conspire to upset all their plans.

The paradox in life is that the true goal of life is not the attainment of happiness, yet if we attain the true goal of life we find happiness. Those who are ignorant of life’s true purpose and who seek happiness high and low, year after year, fail to find it. On the other hand, those who recognize the true goal of life, and follow it, attain happiness without seeking for it.

In times, people seek joy of achieving things with little effort, but the easy life they seek constantly eludes them, simply because there is no such thing. The only life that is easy is the life of the strong soul who has overcome the ups and downs in life. This life is not easy in reality, but appears relatively so because of the personal spiritual strength.

It is impossible to have an easy life, and, if it were possible, then life would be not worth living, for the sole goal of life is the building of character and the attainment of wisdom through experience. Life to all of us must always be full of brick walls, and by overcoming those brick walls we show our dedication and how badly we want to gain certain experiences. True happiness is achieved by those wise and awakened souls who are seeking for Truth and Spiritual Fulfilment and who desire to overcome life and its difficulties, instead of weakly giving in to them.

We know that we have to meet trouble and overcome difficulty in order to attain wisdom and build up character. The question, then, is not whether we shall meet the trouble and adversity or not, but rather, how we shall meet them. Shall we be winning or shall we be overwhelmed? Shall we overcome life’s difficulties or shall we give in to them?

Some people have submerged as drifters on the sea of life. They are also carried by the current. It is only the few who realize that they have the Power within themselves to raise superior to all their difficulties, overcome their own weaknesses, and, through winning experience, attain wisdom. Success depends, more than anything, upon true faith in the good purpose of life: the faith in the Power within yourself and the ability to overcome every obstacle in your path.

The extent of the Power that you can bring into your life is the measure of your faith in your own abilities. If your faith is small, then your life will be lacking in achievements. If your faith is large and strong, then great things will happen in your life. All that is required is an unquenchable belief and trust in the Power within you. Even the weakest and most timid can make use of this Power. There is the same Power in the timid and weak as in the brave and strong. The weakness of the former is due to a lack of faith and belief in their own abilities.

People who realize their own real spiritual identity, know that their soul can never die, that they can never be defeated, that they can never really fail. They may lose the physical body through the change that is called death; but the true spiritual being, can never die. Neither can truly fail, though in our feelings we can perceive as defeated a thousand times we must realise our Power to rise again.

Only have faith in the Spiritual Power within you and you can know all the joys of overcoming and achievement.

Creative self expression is an important and often underutilized tool for those of us on the path of spiritual growth. Creativity is an essential ingredient of success and satisfaction in any area of our lives.

Getting back in touch with your creative self can reconnect you with a sense of meaning and purpose, regain your joy and help you maintain greater flexibility in the face of life’s many challenges. Creativity is one of the most unique and precious aspects of who we are.

This afternoon, I spoke with Governor Malloy and FBI Director Mueller. I offered Governor Malloy my condolences on behalf of the nation, and made it clear he will have every single resource that he needs to investigate this heinous crime, care for the victims, counsel their families.

We’ve endured too many of these tragedies in the past few years. And each time I learn the news I react not as a President, but as anybody else would — as a parent. And that was especially true today. I know there’s not a parent in America who doesn’t feel the same overwhelming grief that I do.

27 KILLED IN MASS SHOOTING AT SANDY HOOK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The majority of those who died today were children — beautiful little kids between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. They had their entire lives ahead of them — birthdays, graduations, weddings, kids of their own. Among the fallen were also teachers — men and women who devoted their lives to helping our children fulfill their dreams. So our hearts are broken today — for the parents and grandparents, sisters and brothers of these little children, and for the families of the adults who were lost. Our hearts are broken for the parents of the survivors as well, for as blessed as they are to have their children home tonight, they know that their children’s innocence has been torn away from them too early, and there are no words that will ease their pain.

This evening, Michelle and I will do what I know every parent in America will do, which is hug our children a little tighter and we’ll tell them that we love them, and we’ll remind each other how deeply we love one another. But there are families in Connecticut who cannot do that tonight. And they need all of us right now. In the hard days to come, that community needs us to be at our best as Americans. And I will do everything in my power as President to help.

Success Story – jazz performer Amanda Ambrose

The real success is measured with the contribution to the community. Ms. Amanda Ambrose became one of the first black Celebrity Scientologists. She received counselling by Pierre Ethier in the 80-es. Soon after she became interested in the Church of Scientology, she dedicated her efforts on how this could improve African-American social standing, education and literacy. Amanda wanted to help the African-American community and embraced it fully.

Along with her daughter, Ms. Ambrose founded Ebony Awakenings, a group that has worked to honor African-Americans and create partnerships between Scientology and churches, including Kennedy’s. She lived in Clearwater, often would see live theatre, listen to music along with studying Scientology.

Kindness is a universal language that blind men see and deaf men hear. If I have to talk about the amazing human abilities I would talk first about human kindness. It separates us from the rest of living things. It exposes our spirit and gives us the means to prevail. If people around us base every action on a conscious kindness our world will be beautiful and our lives will be fulfilled with meaning. If the mankind wasn’t so busy being greedy or power hungry or ego-driven, they would have more time to devote to being more kind. For some like Pierre Ethier there is “light at the end of the tunnel”. People without kindness are empty inside.

Kindness comes in many forms and sizes. Kindness can be something as small as a quick smile or an acknowledging nod. It can be something as large as adapting an unwanted child. Large or small kindness is kindness.

When you are the lucky one and on the receiving end of someone’s kindness never miss the chance to acknowledge them. Don’t ever take a single kindness for granted. Treat each one special like it’s the first one you have ever received. People have shown pretty consistent to claim that one is creating enemies. They never seem to find the key to live in harmony and without conflicts, war or struggle for power. If you are truly kind it is hard to hate. True kindness is a strength to finding peaceful co-existence.

In order to be more kind to others you must first be most kind to you. It is important to strike the right balance between them and you. Kindness makes you feel a certain way. That feeling is good. We are all connected and the kindness thread is an important link that holds us all together in compassionate and harmonious way.

May be you are reading this right now and realize that you have not been cognizant of the importance of being genuinely kind and what it means to your life and the life of others. It is worthed to be kind to yourself if you want to do better in life. Do simple acts of kindness and don’t look for reward or return. You will be pleasantly surprised how kindness feels.

Once, President Abraham Lincoln spoke to a young soldier who was near death. Lincoln went over to his hospital bedside and asked: “Is there anything I can do for you now?” The soldier didn’t recognize Lincoln, and with some effort whispered: “Would you please write a letter to my mother?” The president carefully began to write down what the young man was able to say: “My dearest mother, I was badly hurt while doing my duty. I’m afraid I’m not going to recover. Don’t grieve too much for me, please. Kiss Mary and John for me. May God bless you and father.” The soldier was too weak to continue, so Lincoln signed the letter for him and added, “Written for your son by Abraham Lincoln.” The young man asked to see the note and was astonished when he discovered who had written it.

He asked: “Are you really the president?” .Lincoln replied softly: “Yes, I am,” Then he asked if there was anything else he could do. “Would you please hold my hand?” the soldier asked. “It will help to see me through to the end.”

In the hushed room, the tall gaunt president took the soldier’s hand in his and spoke warm words of encouragement until death came and the young solier left the body.

What makes great people are the simple acts of kindness.
