The Ls delivered

Anyone can deliver the Ls.

I know several Class IVs who do.

In Milwaukee there is even a non class auditor who does.

Of course some of their suicidal pcs have repeatedly called me in the middle
of the Night begging for help since… (this is the reason for the entire
upset of my most vocal critic: his spinning pcs contacted me and he went
into a fury, which has not abated since).

If you dont mind getting “transitioned” (a concept nowhere in the Tech) onto
a New OT Rundown rather than completing cycles of action first, or if you
are one one of those who think that C/S Series 1-10 are a pile of hogwash
(and therefore think that Major actions rather than than standard repair are
the tool to use to repair case, than I am sure you wont mid getting the Ls
from anyone from anyone.

Of course, perhaps you will not mind either the auditor reading you ‘the
rights of a Being” (from technique 88) mid session as a form of Pep talk
when you fail to reach the EP of a process…

Or perhaps you think that telling yourself or part of your case using “Tone
40″ is the way to get to a higher state of awareness. (LRH and I call that
NOT-IS, but purveyors of “new ideas’ call it “Standard tech”

In Tape of 6 June 1971, which is the only tape where LRH explains the exact
details on how to audit L-10 and L-12 he makes it clear as to who can and
why.

A your L auditor if they listened to it. When and where? Until 1982 there
were only two copies of that tape plus a master. I would be fascinated to
learn where the person listened to it.

The thing to ask your L auditors is the following:

What are the setups for the Ls.

What is the Goals Mini COurse and what does it consist of? Have you done it?

HINT: The Goals Mini Course is the last course done before Class X. By
actual experiment each and every auditor who did not do it, failed as a
Class X-XII.

Every single impostor I have asked what is on the course could not correctly
mention a single item from it.

What does the Flag only HCOB “Auditing and C/Sing Flag only Rundowns say
about Ls delivery and programming sequence.

What does LRH say is the greatest High Crime for an L auditor?

What is L-11 Expanded? What does it do? When is it run Why?

On whcih L is Plus/Minus a vital step? Why?

What is the fundamental technology L-10 is based on?

Who trained you to deliver the Ls?

Where did you get the materials or do you have the Russ Meadows version
(apparently deliberately alterised with RTC blessing and leaked on the
Internet many years ago to “spin cases in” by altering procedures and
sequence (Russ was declared suppressive by LRH in 1976 for chronically false
reporting. There is a 1976 HCOB about him.)

Snake Oil merchants wont be able to answer most of the questions properly.

Tech wont go in, when  Ethics is out.

Natter, personal attacks about someone’s character, carping 1.1 sarcasms,
refusal to get corrected and inability to recognize the differences between
past foes and someone who indicate out-tech as he sees it, are the primary
symptoms of Missed Witholds. Behind Missed Witholds one will always find
out-Ethics.

In my book anyone reckless anyone to be audited by someone showing those
outpoints, deserves what he gets. Since Birds of a feather floxk together,
only the out-ethics pc will seek the out-ethics auditor.

This is why I now leave out-ethics auditors alone: they are busy burying
themselves. I do not need to return their attacks any further.
